It says online tickets only.
The Greyhound bus still comes here to PICKUP/DROPOFF passengers, BUT you have to wait outside the locked doors. No benches or anything.
But it's in the same building as the Greensboro Local Bus Depot, go can go inside and wait on the benches and there's vending machines. RESTROOMS available on the back hall after the vending machines. Sometimes the ATM works.
There is SECURITY men that do walk around to keep people safe. Smoking is outdoors on the green benches.
Watch your belongings, nothing but homeless people stay on those benches too. The homeless center is right up the street too.
There's no nearby gas stations if you need to walk to one. Unless you want to walk half a mile to CITGO.

Very clean! I saw a young lady cleaning windows all day , the bathroom was tidy and that's not what I normally find in public bus stations. The pew style seats allow you to sit comfortably and offers a little elegance to the station. Security is great too. I'm thinking this the best bus station I've been to. They have charging stations outside and inside!

The bus driver had it so cold as if it was 90 degrees outside, no, it was 40. He was an excellent driver. I was so comfortable and slept like a baby. Please let him know Greensboro is prounounced...Greens...Boro.
It sounded like he was saying chips bor...but it was awesome to see him go to each individual on the bus to tell them the stops so they would not miss their stops.

terrible terrible TERRIBLE experience! Felt so unsafe and homeless everywhere. Bus
is very unclean with no space to move a foot. Everyone is coughing and your designated seat is occupied with other passengers. Overall, please
try another resort of traveling. Also, they don't do refunds..

I had got on a flix bus and we were suppose to pull out at 4pm and we are still sitting at the terminal. The driver had a bad attitude. Omg, this is the worst traveling experience ever.

One hour wait time if you are trying to catch a bus. Also they can’t tell you any information about the part bus because it’s a different agency and they can’t load money for the part bus even though they use the same app.

i was riding their buses,i had bad experience while i was riding the 2nd bus i was in,drunk couple were in the bus who had fight,i was scared and i transferred to another seat...they shouldn't let drunk people get in the bus... 🤔😕
