If you are a brand owner considering working with CLD - I urge you to ask yourself the following questions:
1) Can I trust a PR agency who cannot seem to manage their own online reputation? (Google, yelp, glassdoor, public court documents)
2) Can I trust a PR agency & business owner; both of whose names appear in about 2-3 lawsuits per year, for the past 10+ years in the LA district court records? (from former clients, employees, vendors, evictions & more...)

My reluctance to leave a review like this is overridden by the compelling and necessitous message to brand owners who may read this: proceed with caution with the above knowledge. The few positives simply did not outweigh the negative with them. I will update my review with more detail when I receive closure with my inventory; it appears I will have a long road ahead given their track record. I'm willing to share my experience in detail with any brand reading this who reaches out to me directly; perhaps also referring you to some LA based PR agencies who uphold a standard of integrity.

Absolute worst experience i have ever experienced. They seriously just after your money. Maybe if your a very high paying client they will give it their all. At the start they had some progress but after a while we didnt receive any updates, any content or placings anymore for over a large percentage of our year together. Also they made several mistakes and also sent us back items that didnt even belong to us (other brand) after sending several emails and another feedback email to Michelle the owner we never received an answer. Highly unprofessional, and as a small company truly such a disappointing experience. Dont waste your money or energie

Last three days I have been trying to reach out to you about the last invoice. I left messages, sent emails but you did not get back to me. Our contract will be over in a few days and we paid everything on time. I have all the bank receipts. Suddenly you added a $75 late fee on our last invoice and you did not even make an explanation about it. Please call me asap. We paid thousands of dollars last ten months and we made all our payments on time. Would you please call us about this late fee? This company didn't give me a chance..but going by all the terrible reviews on here and everywhere else I'm kinda glad they didn't.. 😂
