Wanted to give them 2.5 stars, but I guess it’s closer to 3 than 2.

You’ll find everything you’ll expect in a supermarket of this size. However there are a few issues. I saw someone mention that they waited for their sandwich for 30 minutes. This is unfortunately a classic situation for this Publix location. My longest wait was 45 minutes. This is the reason why they lost one star.

I have also seen an instagram post from an ex-employee (if I’ll find the link I’ll update this review) who has left work because of COCKROACHES. Incredibly alarming, especially because she worked in the deli section.

I still go to this location, but only when I need something fast and already made. I would not recommend to buy any meat and/or seafood here.

I'm an older veteran. I have been shopping at the store for 34 years and have seen lots of managers come and go for the longest time Chuck was a great manager. I had some problems and I ran into Brandon the new store manager or new to me. He was very interested in what I had to say, was patient in listening and more than accommodating. I've not talked to a manager since Chuck left that has been as effective and shows that he is interested in cares what you had to say. He went totally beyond my expectations which is not easy to do. I tend to be a little bit particular and expect that the customer is right. That's the way I treated my customers in my own business.
I would like to add that if you're looking for a big store or a big parking lot that's not going to happen. This store was remodeled and had to adhere to the historic preservation societies standards. They were not allowed to change anything as far as making the store bigger or parking lot. So that is what it is. If you want a sandwich or something from the deli call ahead I get great results that way. I also shop when nobody else does because I'm retired so that's that.

I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT TO THE BAKERY. They help me with my order and made sure I knew to pay before time in order to get the cake made. I came in the day before and change it from the “Rainbow Celebration” to “Vanilla Wonderland” and they didn’t give me any problems about that.
The staff name John and Misty took care of me, he allowed me to change it and she answer the phone the day off when I called to triple check everything and the notes.
Rachel did a wonderful taking my order and making sure all my details I want on my ticket and she also recommended the Vanilla Wonderland but I pick the opposite at first, My mom love cream cheese so thank you so much. Thank you to the baker Asia. Everything taste so good. Everything looked good.
All I did was add the strawberries and cupcake and candles.

I want to give a special shout out to one of the store managers, Brandon. I picked up my Instacart order last night only to realize when I got home that 4 of my items ($22 worth) were missing. Because Instacart is a third party company, their shoppers don't technically work for Publix. When I called Publix to report the issue, the manager could have easily blown me off, but Brandon offered to grab the items for me and DELIVER them to my house even though it was after 8:30pm. My missing items were dropped off in 10 minutes. Thank you so much, Brandon! We appreciate you.

First time here great customer service, good food. The parking lot is a bit small to be honest but I managed to get out without a fender or ding. I got a meal from deli with chicken strips mac and cheese and collard greens. Yummy food and everyone working lady frying the chicken nice young gentleman helping me with my meal and people working the deli counter. All of you all were super busy and held your composure as I'm certain it's hard at times when you're busy like that. Thanks for great food and a nice shopping experience.

On Thursday, 10/3, I bought a loaf of the Publix 5 Grain Italian Bread from the store 2 blocks from my house. It was half the normal size. On Friday, I bought the same type if bread from the Publix at Britton Plaza. It was the normal size. I had wondered at first if it was a case of corporate downsizing of the product, but now know it was just an issue with this bakery at this store. If the bread did not rise properly, it should NOT have been placed out for sale. What a disappointment. Shame on Publix for selling it and shame on me for buying it.
