We had a very poor experience with Pilot. We referred them to our client for an SEO project. Pilot failed to complete basic tasks outlined in their statement of work and the communication between their team and the client was virtually nonexistent. Rod, the owner refused to take accountability or even return a phone call or email.

Unfortunately it all ended on a fairly toxic note. Would strongly discourage people from working with Pilot.

Every time I ask them to do something, they get it done same day, of course depending on time I send in my request. You call one number and they pick up, there is no press 1 for this and press 2 for that. They are truly a blessing to work with.

Rainbows for all Children just wrapped up it’s six months with PILOT’s Do Good By program and we’d like to go on the record and say this program has been a game changer for our organization. They got us on the right track with our Google Ads Grant, increasing our traffic by almost 30% through Google Ads alone, and Makayla was a delight to work with and super responsive to questions we had and giving us updates as things progressed. The SEO audit revealed high priority areas for us to improve on our website and gave us a better understanding of how to track, and what to track in terms of our website’s engagement and performance.
