Having this full grocery store. in the train station, is super convenient!
You could get off work get your groceries then head home and not have to walk and carry a bunch of things.
This location is super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. And they even have bonuses like a coffee shop, liquor store BWS, and bakery.

Having Woolworths Southern Cross located within the train station is an absolute lifesaver! It's incredibly convenient to be able to hop off the train after work, grab all my groceries, and head home without the hassle of carrying heavy bags for miles.

The store is always clean, and the staff are not only friendly but also very helpful. I love that they have additional amenities like a coffee shop, BWS liquor store, and bakery, making it a one-stop shop for all my needs.

I also want to give a shout-out to the security team at BWS and inside Woolworths. Their friendly demeanor and warm greetings really add to the welcoming atmosphere of the store. It's reassuring to know that visitors are acknowledged with a smile or hello.

Overall, Woolworths Southern Cross is a fantastic location with reasonable prices, neatly stocked shelves, and plenty of convenient entrances. Whether you're grabbing a few essentials or doing a full grocery shop, this store has everything you need and more!

Not a bad walk from the office to get me steps in and pick something up as needed. Definitely recommend!

Free coffee with every $30 spent is a great deal when I need to grab and go. But the free hot beverage only applies for regular milk. So if you need alternative milk because of your health, you need to pay extra.

Woolies, please make alternative milk a free option for your consumers. We all will appreciate it

This is a good supermarket cum convenient store just near the entrance of Southern Cross. The isles are narrower than many Woolworths supermarket, but it has a lot of snacks, confectioners, cheeses, pastries, drinks and even sushi for people on the go, including me a infrequent interstate / regional train traveller.

It also sell flowers more as a gift for a loved one.

I do not see may Woolworths home brand products, but the staff seem to be younger, with a bit more vitality.

Don't get mugged in there or knocked over out the front. Over the normal price for everything, inconvenience with milk at back wall. I try to avoid at all costs but now and then need necessities. Wanted milk, bread and Vegemite today but just got bread and milk and got out as the place is disgusting and there's no help whatsoever. Security are suspect and won't stand up for people especially the Africans. I get that we are all racists and Africans are special. In line with Woolworths standards. ORDINARY BUT MAKING PLENTY OF MONEY!

Very convenient store inside Southern cross station. It's a Metro store so you won't expect all items available but it is very handy you can find all necessary products like eggs, milk,and eat and vegetables at the same Wollie price

Toasted sandwiches at the coffee counter. Ordered one, but told their toaster not working. Fine, I will toast it at work, easy enough.
Ham, cheese, tomato.
Opened it to remove the ham before toasting, and (see pic) this is what I found inside.
Do better, this is ridiculous and you should be ashamed.
Are these cherry tomatoes, sun-dried, a week old or what?
Do better! This was not cheap either. Would expect MUCH better from such a big chain, and especially a store in such a prominent location.
