Toilets in southern cross shopping area were so crowded there was a queue. Only one toilet for women! Left the queue and went to toilets in food court which were also crowded and disabled toilet was a disgrace. No toilet paper, tap on sink broken and ried up with gaffer tape. Floor had rubbish.

Located at the Collins Street end of Southern Cross Station, this is the first of 3 sets of public toilets on the ground floor of the Station complex. Because they are the busiest of the toilets at the Station, they are not as clean as the others. As well as being accessible friendly, they have baby change facilities. They are conveniently located near the Passenger Lounge, Prayer room, and open area seating area at this end of the Station.
