Spent many years working on the travel team for Publix and this was before one of the coolest locations. Not the coolest store. The coolest store would have to go to College Park but as far as locations and being unusual this was hands-down the most peculiar. I got to say it was great on my day off walking around Lake Eola historical park in Orland

New experience I am from a small town and never been to a Publix that had an underground parking garage and an elevator also. So the experience was pretty awesome and the employees were very helpful. 5 out of 5

I love Publix! It’s comparable to Wegmans Supermarket where I can find quality products for a reasonable price. The deli chicken is my favorite when fresh! I also enjoy their bakery items.

This store is worse than a dumpster. I had a problem and my phone was dead. The administration kicked me out, refusing to help me charge my phone for just 5 minutes. I was with the child, and she took me away, despite this, and she took me to the guard 😂. I wish the administrator to be kinder to people …

The staff is friendly, the place is clean and well-stocked, and they always have fresh food!! They also have an underground parking lot, which is great, since there's rarely any parking downtown!

This is my 3rd time ordering a cake from them for birthdays, everytime I add on vanilla custard. The first time it was made correctly. The next time ? It didn’t have any filling in the middle but I shoved it off as they must didn’t pay attention, then recently 2 days ago I ordered another and nothing filled in the middle so I decided to address it. On the phone they told me I can either take a picture or bring the remaining portion in. I decided to bring the cake in so that everything be done smoothly. They tell me that the cake “absorbed it” OR they didn’t put enough on there but they can see where it was added . WHERE How does a cake “absorb” something within a few hours ? I scheduled pick up @3pm cake was cut by 4:3Opm just own up to you guys not doing it correctly. THEN they offer me $2O back on a cake I spent close to $5O on because 2O% of the cake is left well DUH IT WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY WAS I NOT SUPPOSED TO CUT IT ?!! Well the manger did give me my full refund back but kept the remaining of the cake because I was “returning it” instead of letting my son enjoy the rest of his birthday cake when all they were doing was throwing it away anyhow very sad establishment the customer service has gone down big time Publix acting as if it’s a dollar tree.

They do a lot of stereotype activity there. Watching you shop isle to isle and armed security stalking me was funny. I went to the cashier for one thing she tried to charge me for items that ARE ALREADY PAID FOR, I left everything right there with her for her to pay for AGAIN. OF course it’s Caucasian women with a mask on probably embezzling the store. And the deli people were rude as hell, they seem miserable. They look broke. I wonder if they’re even getting their checks? It’s always bums begging outside that store.
