I Love this store for so many reasons, but today I had a great experience in the Deli section having a sub made for me and my husband!! The young ladies name is Zoe and she was extremely nice and very understanding while making our subs! I was there a little after 3 today and it was fast and friendly and just a good experience! Thank you Zoe in the Deli department for being so incredibly nice and understanding while making our sub!!

Great Store, But Hoping They Keep Cashiers!

My wife and I love shopping at our local Publix. The quality of their meat and produce is always top-notch, and the store is well-organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, making every trip a pleasant experience.

However, we’ve noticed that they’re starting to add self-checkouts, and while some might find them convenient, we’re concerned that this could lead to fewer cashiers over time. It would be truly disappointing if Publix followed the trend of other stores that eliminate cashiers entirely. Customers shouldn’t have to do the store’s job for free—many of us prefer a real person handling checkout, especially given Publix’s reputation for great service.

We’ll continue to shop here because of the quality and experience, but we really hope Publix stays true to its customer-first approach and keeps cashiers available for those who prefer them.

Anytime I've needed help at this store anyone I've asked was willing to assist me. Today, I interrupted a gentleman at the meat counter three times and each time he cheerfully helped me find the items. I think his name is Marcelo. One of the best grocery store ever!! Love shopping at Publix!

I recently visited this Publix location and was thoroughly impressed. The store is impeccably clean, making for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly, always willing to assist with a smile. I've even witnessed an employee close to a year ago, going above and beyond when assisting customers. Putting on a show to make children laugh and always trying their best to make every visitor smile by complimenting something about them or striking up a friendly chat. The kind of personality that would earn someone multiple rewards while working at places like Disney or Universal. Which is something you rarely see. This isn't something that specifically represents this one staff member, but the company as a whole. Especially when you run into several other staff members there who are equally as kind.

What truly sets this Publix apart is the quality of the food. The selection is fresh and diverse, surpassing even other Publix locations in the city. From produce to prepared meals, everything is top-notch. I used to be chef at a well known theme park, so I understand how crucial yet difficult it can be to maintain such a high quality standard, that is why I appreciate seeing them go the extra mile to ensure this. This store has definitely become my go-to grocery destination!

The deli is awful, extremely slow and the personal will ignore you while bantering to themselves. I always feel I'm bothering them. Don't go to the deli if you're in a time crunch.

However the pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been to.
