Clean store but their process for online sub orders is horrible. They say you can pick them up at the front of the store unlike pretty much every other Publix where they have them available for fast pickup at the deli. Sure the front of the store seems more convenient but it's not because it's never there at the time it's supposed to be. So then you have to go ask for it at the deli and they are trying to help customers so you end up waiting even longer. I have left feedback several times on their app but the process hasn't changed so let's see if this helps

This is a totally rebuilt Publix. They literally tore down the original and rebuilt it from scratch. The inside is hudge, better bring your good walking shoes and maybe a GPS. An abundant amount of refrigeration space and a huge selection of items to choose from. Still no half sour pickles but just about everything else you can imagine. Go out of your way to see this place, and don't worry, they even have a nice seating area to relax.

I love shopping here and they have great weekly sales! Great place to get local Florida eggs and specialty brands. You can access the weekly ad through their website or add their app. The store is clean and remodeled with well organized aisles and friendly staff. Lots of parking and a few special car carts for the littles =)

Here today waiting in the long line (as usual) at the deli. Diane who's making the subs is annoyed bc the line is forming over into the deli slicing area and she wants the line to form in single file away from the slicing station. So she's ordering everyone around and telling us where to stand, while mumbling under her breath instead of making the subs. Shouldn't she be working and making subs instead of policing the line? And there wouldn't be a long line in the 1st place if she moved a little faster. They couldn't be any slower. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Shout out to the driver of the 18 wheeler that was paying attention to me on the sidewalk when I lost balance on my electric skateboard. He was nowhere near his turn but still safe speeds and distance and if it was t for that I'd be a pancake right now. I already thanked you in person but I also called the store and spoke to the manager about your excellent driving. I know an 18 isnt easy but its even harder when a dumbass like myself slides into an open lane on a skateboard. I'm eternally grateful for attention to your job and driving skills.

I’m very hesitant to report this because I enjoy this location but today I had a unique experience. At the sandwich counter Sam was rude and non compliant to customer requests as for I asked for my order a certain way and he was reluctant to my request.
Today of all days if I could rate his performance I would rate it a zero.

Ever since this Publix reopened it has been a nightmare. They never have rotisserie chicken available and you almost always have to wait for fried chicken too. The quality of the chicken has been terrible too! And don’t get me started on the subs. They are never ready when they are supposed to be when you preorder them, and they are almost always wrong! None of the deli staff is friendly or helpful. I have no idea what happened when they reopened but it’s no longer the Publix we enjoyed shopping at before they renovated it. After another disappointing attempt at getting rotisserie chicken we have decided to stop shopping at this Publix.

Leaving a new 1 star review. SUBS ORDERS are ridiculous in here. The point to place an order is to find it ready, and coming here after 40 minutes and is not ready is RIDICULOUS.

I ALREADY talked to a manager about it and I saw an old man having to wait after he had placed an order.

Out of control!

The staff is always talking on top of your FOOD. Also, they don't seem to care about your wait....

Need to make a meeting to them and show them all the negative comments in here. Or maybe they need a different job.
