Amanda in the sub making area is amazing, sweet, and attentive. Caring about how my sub was made to every detail how I wanted my sub. My food is very important part of my day so thank you for preparing my meal. Time of encounter 13:10pm ish.
Thank you again and please take care of those employees that offer stellar service. She puts energy and effort into the people. ❤ ty

Went by the sushi bar hoping to order one of their rice bowls at around 6:30. I've been at work all day, so I couldn't get one until then. I came over to see that it was all clean and put up for the day. They don't shut down until, so I'd figured I hurried to get one. A manager noticed me by there and asked if I needed help, I said yes, and he called one of them over to help me. The worker comes over only to tell me that they're closed for the day and only have sushi....
I was very disappointed at this revelation because I do enjoy their bowls A LOT. I guess just put a sticky note under the printed schedule stating that you guys shut down 30 minutes BEFORE what was stated instead.
Do better, guys. Customers actually dislike getting bamboozled like this.

This is a beautiful but huge new store. Everything is spaced out, easy to see and the staff is helpful and friendly.
I prefer the smaller stores however, because the items I mostly need are laid out in totally opposite ends of the store. Ie: every day items such as veggies, breads and dairy are all very far from one another. I think they should plan the layouts of these huge stores better for the average shoppers and also considering seniors and people that are coming in for the every day items as I stated above

I love the spaciousness and the good lighting in this new Publix, in addition to the upstairs cafeteria area, where shoppers can have their lunch or snacks after making purchases. I find this new Publix to be a 'pleasant' shopping experience!

Great customer service, clean facilities, well maintained. This location also has excellent food options. They have Poke bowls, Ramen bowls! in addition to Sushi and the traditional Publix deli items, which are always fresh.

If anyone can get me good service in the Deli, it’s Marlon. Finally some good service when I order meat and cheese. He even gave me a sample of cheese while I waited. I feel like most Publix deli’s have the slowest service, but as long as Marlon is working, you get great service!

This Publix is always clean and well maintained. I’ve had Grace at checkout a few times. She’s always very nice and helpful when it comes to deals/coupons.

My sister came to this well-known place to buy a gift card, and she paid $200 . She went to check the balance on it, and it was zero dollars. Their negligence to not help their customer is above my understanding. How hard it could be to check the cameras and check the record for that specific machine and that specific time. Do not buy gift cards from here. You are going to get scammed by them.
