I had an exceptional experience at Publix today, and I just had to share it. Jess, the lady who made my sub, went above and beyond. Not only did she craft the best sub I’ve ever had, but she also took the time to chat with me, making the whole experience feel personal and warm. It was clear she takes pride in her work, as the sub was perfectly made with fresh ingredients and a great balance of flavors.

Even though it was getting close to closing time, Jess maintained a positive attitude and was incredibly friendly. Her professionalism was matched only by her kindness, which made the whole experience stand out. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush or cut corners, even as the clock ticked down. Her attention to detail and great customer service truly made my visit special. What made the experience even better was when Samantha, who was cleaning and assisting Jess, joined in on the conversation. Her friendly attitude added to the overall positive vibe, and it felt like a team effort to make sure I had a great experience.

I left the store feeling satisfied not only with the food but also with the wonderful customer service. Jess and Samantha turned what could have been a rushed, end-of-day transaction into a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend visiting this Publix and having Jess prepare your sub—her service, along with Samantha's great support, is worth the trip!

Be warned if Alexandra is making your sub she is going to skimp. Tiniest sub i have ever gotten from a publix in my life. Go back to when Publix was cutting up subs that were overflowing with chicken every single time. Manager was nice though.

This Publix is out of the way for me, but I have decided this is the one I will go to from now on. Helpful smiling staff, great selection on everything, a clean, well stocked store. Whoever is managing this store off E Colonial near the 408 needs to give lessons to other Publix managers. I will be back weekly going forward!

I rarely take the time to write reviews however, I felt the need to share my wonderful experience. Today was the first time I’ve ever stepped foot in Publix and had my first Pub Sub! I really felt that Jessy went above and beyond, she was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful with recommendations on the different subs. Good customer service is slim to none these days, so it was so refreshing to have someone make a first time experience even more memorable! Her customer service and of course the delicious sub will be one of the many reasons I will come back!

I was recently assisted by one of the Publix Deli employees at this publix, I think her name was Jessie, she was so refreshing to be around. Her warm demeanor and obvious people skills shined beyond what I was expecting. But what I valued more was her ability to make me feel like a priority while simultaneously effortlessly doing her job.
