SCAM: Parking lot is about 4 times as expensive as street parking and if you are a minute late leaving the lot after your time the fine is 97 dollars. They have a camera they have planted in the lot with the worst camera imaginable - they will use a pitch picture as "proof" your were a few minutes over your time. I will never park here again.

After months of loyalty, we received a parking violation when our ticket fell down from the dash. The company took a week to respond (they say the debt must be settled within 14 days) and refused to budge on coming to a fair agreement on the violation price ($75 fine for $15/day parking). I provided a receipt that showed my license plate had been paid for during the time the ticket was issued, but no response was given. They then threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay.

Horrible customer service and horrible policies. Park literally anywhere else.

Be prepared to pay an extra $20

Predatory ticketing practices
Received a ticket with valid parking tag and proof of paying. Disputing them just has them drop the ticket from $95 to $20
if you pay right away, but you won't be able to dispute them to drop the ticket.

I park here all the time and the view from the top is beautiful. My car has always been safe. And I easily find a place to park which can be a challenge elsewhere

Please, please do not parking an expensive vehicle there in during night time because someone would find a way to break in without supervisor around. Please leave all your value items leave at home. Make sure locked all the doors before you guys de die to have a plan to do around in Austin.

The cheapest parking lot in Downtown with $6 for 8 hours. Great for somebody who works 8 am to 4 p.m. Nothing has happened to my car so far.
