Great to see the streets of St Kilda coming back from years of issues with a bang! The new steak program was great, in house aging and cooked over coals. We got both a sharing rib-eye and the Japanese import steak to share and both were delicious with the parsley butter. Service friendly and bubbly. Plenty of classic pub menu items for those looking for casual eats too.

Randomly walked by this place and gave it a try. It was alright.

Just an ordinary pub with a better than expected ambience.

The burger and chips were not bad for $28 in terms of the taste. But for the price tag, the ingredients of the burger were way too simple. Perhaps they could improve on this, or at least increase the amount of beef used for the patty.

Service was not bad, except the dish was delivered to the wrong person in the first instance. I had to grab the cutlery myself too. The bartender was nice and helpful though.

Haven’t been here for a while and decided to try the steak night! It was so good but you will need to order the salad as the steak came with the fries only. I will definitely come back for the steak night ..

Disappointed. Paid almost $70 for Rib-eye on the bone and instead got a cut up steak with a bone next to it. The rib Rib-eye itself wasn't even that big, Rib-eye on the bone means exactly that, ON THE BONE. No sides on plate either, no chips or salad, just 6 small mixed lettuce leaves. Overpriced for what you actually get.

Love your food guys but the only thing that stopped us from coming back tonight for Sunday roast was that my partner was not a fan of the cold beetroot salad when we came in a few weeks ago. Everything else was absolutely delicious including the Yorkshire pudding. Such a shame as I love the food here! Please change that side for the roast to something more traditional…. and hot!

We stopped by Prince Public Bar due to the aesthetics and outdoor seating. I was completely tripped out by the bathroom with open walls at the basin sink – the tiling is beautiful.

Order at the bar but have your table beforehand. The food was unfortunately average. Small serving of chips and they were mostly the broken end bits. Drenched salad was thrown on top of the chicken schnitzel.

Pros: Nori crusted fish and chips were crunchy (not oily) on the outside and soft on the inside. Sparkling water on tap which you don’t see often in establishments.

I’d go back to try the steaks or roast, but not for a casual lunch.
