We went to this UPS store today to get two very important legal documents signed, witnessed, and notarized. The employee who helped us, Daniel Ellison, was very helpful, organized, and considerate. The documents required attention to detail, which could have been stressful (for us), but it was clear that Mr Ellison was very knowledgeable about the process, which went smoothly. It was a relief to get this done so easily, thanks to him and this well run store.

I dropped off documents on February 11. There was a problem due to what they said was a new state law. If I did not call myself today February 21, I would not know there was a problem. I was told this happened to a number of others. They said they called on February 14. They never left a message. This is not acceptable professionalism. Store 4766

This UPS store is absolute is terrible. They lost some of my mail and the ones they did receive took 3 weeks to upload. (Anytime Mailbox) Customer care is non existent. Looks like they also paid for some of the reviews to make themselves look better recently. Read some of them and you’ll see the services and employee names or employee numbers don’t even match up. If you’re going to fake something, try harder.

I went to this store on February 10th, for apostille services. I didn’t care to pay almost $300 DLLS for a document because I was trusting on UPS as a express delivery company.

I read the reviews about the store and the good comments made me going here. But they told me it would take 2 weeks. It is gonna be ONE MONTH, I have gone to the store and they tell me is still in process. I send e-mails and NO ONE answer.

Definitely go with your local service providers, because this big company once it has your money they don’t care about how efficient they can do the job, “is a big company”.

I used the UPS Store apostille department for the apostille process of multiple documents on multiple occasions, all of which were handled with care and speed. They were quick, friendly, and communicative from the day I reached out for a quote, to the day my shipment landed at their store, to the day I received it back from them handled perfectly. I cannot recommend their services enough, and would not hesitate to work with the team in the apostille department again. The cost of this service is worth every penny for the care, service, and convenience they provide. Thank you all so much for your help!

The negative reviews for this UPS location are absolutely justified. Everyone who works here—except for one young man I've occasionally interacted with—displays a shockingly poor attitude. They're rude and retaliate if they know you’ve complained about their service.

The organization at this location is a mess. On every occasion, I've had to wait unbelievably long while they searched through countless boxes. Even after providing tracking numbers and proof that the packages were delivered, I've been told they couldn't find my shipments, only for them to magically show up weeks later. Despite paying for their service and remaining patient and courteous, their lack of customer service finally crossed a line for me. This location's behavior is unacceptable, and either corporate needs to step in to address these issues or close it down.

As someone who works in hospitality and deals with all kinds of people, I can say this is the worst service I've ever encountered. To fellow greenpointers, and to anyone considering using this location, take your business elsewhere.
