Been here on two occasions, totally unprepared from my part.

Staff were proactive asking me what I need and super helpful, my label was printed, package secured and I was out the door in 5 minutes.

It's a good location, but be aware that as of this writing there is only one public copy machine to use. Super inconvenient if the person using the copier in front of you is making a ton of copies. But perhaps the plan is that you will give up and have the FedEx worker make the copy for you. In that case, they charge a $2.50 fee for the service.
