Nice cozy place. Bagels are tasty, eggs are not microwaved unlike some other ships. Latte is nice too. Prices are more affordable than other bagels I had. A bagel and latte was around $16-17. Definitely will be coming back!

Customer service is FANTASTIC!! So helpful. Someone did come in upset for their own reason, they helped her as much as they could. They handled the situation GREAT! Makes me want to come back even more!!

Bagels are fresh. Lots of options for cream cheese and bagels. Easy to order. I recommend everyone to stop by.

Solid bagels and friendly staffs. We both got an everything bagel with lox, scallion cream cheese, tomatoes and capers (the classic lox). Also got a blueberry muffin to share. The owner also gave another muffin on the house. The iced americano is really strong so if you don’t like strong coffees, opt for an iced coffee. Might be my new bagel place!

Ate the avocado egg salad bagel and it was amazing. Best bagel I’ve ever eaten. Have been trying to recreate it at home since I got back from my holiday in New York because I could eat it everyday.

Perfect breakfast sandwich and the most courteous staff in NYC. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The bagel was fresh, warm, chewy and flavorful. The jalapeno cream cheese had the right amount of heat and portion size was perfect. Lots of options available for all types of eaters. I will definitely visit again when I come back to NYC.

I ordered a well toasted bagel with CC. This is what I got. Nothing toasted. But they sure will charge you for the toasting. Step your game up. You guys have potential of being a good spot. Your prices are a bit high but I guess that’s part of just being in Manhattan.

Update: Went again last week 4/25. Guess what Not toasted again and really cheap on the scallion CC.

Wow. Truly hidden gem! I’m a native New Yorker and have had many different bagels my entire life here. This is definitely top 10. Huge bagels. Soft. Baked on premises. I got the everything bagel and it was super loaded on both sides with topping. Ordered BEC on everything bagel. They’re baked on premises. This place hasn’t been open long but I hope they flourish with Pace and the hospital nearby. Excellent service and it was fast. I waited maybe 5 min in total. I’d wait in line for 20 min just to get a bagel from here. Absolutely worth it but there are no lines….yet

Got an egg and cheese on a salt bagel. Staff was super friendly and up front about the wait time. It was so worth the wait. Their salt bagel wasn't as salty as I typically like but the bagel itself was definitely top 3 bagels I've had in my life. The cheese was also super melty and the egg was cooked nicely. Still thinking about the bagel itself though and probably will continue to think about it for some time. The tables were a little dirty, but I was there during a rush so none of the staff really had time to wipe them down in between customers. Will definitely be back next time I am in the city!
