I used to come here for lunch every week just for the soup.
We did happy hour and took advantage of the 2 buck oysters. They were yummy. This place never disappoints..ou
r server Dominic was very friendly and attentive. The calamari was good too, but we couldn't even finish it because we got full off the two bucks shuck. Hands down my go to for fresh seafood!

Highly disappointed! Had a taste for some cod and got let down. Everything was super greasy and no flavor. Everything looked great but actual taste was very bland. The sweet potato waffle fries weren’t even cooked al the way through. Atmosphere was nice though.

Always enjoy the layback vibes of Dallas farmers market. The restaurant is inside “the market” and they have a good selections of oysters! The portion and quality of food is average and cost is a little high but that’s everything else at the farmers market. The service here is just average or below. We had to ask them for things and they don’t just come to you and check (not even a thank you either). 🤷‍♀️

Lobster roll, bread pudding, and crab/spinach dip ($52.00) fries were very hard but the lobster roll was good overall. Spinach dip was also fresh and well prepared. Now that bread pudding PHENOMENAL 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

What a great spot for a beautiful lunch. I am not a huge seafood fan but this place might change that for me! My girlfriend and I decided to stop for a taste since the place looked friendly and clean. Very glad we did. We decided to get some oysters which were so fresh and also gator bites as an appetizer. The gator was cooked perfectly. The added lemon on the batter took it to another level. Nice and crispy. I decided to try the Lobster Roll New England Style(the best way) and my girlfriend got the fish and chips. The lobster roll was delectable. The roll was warm and fresh and the lobster salad was amazing. The fish and chips were so crispy and delicious. We definitely recommend all dishes. We definitely will be coming back!

Chose Rex's for lunch during visit to Dallas Farmer's Market. I got the Salmon Burger and daughter got Fish and Chips. We both got slaw as a side, which leaned towards sweet and creamy. Both dishes were excellent! She later remarked that it was her favorite food from our Dallas visit. Would definitely go back on a future visit.

Went early on a Saturday for brunch. We had the Crab Cakes Benedict, Seaside Omelet and Gumbo. Great flavors, lots of crab and filled us up! I can't forget to compliment the wait staff. They were very attentive and kind. We will be back.
