My son Ruben Diaz Jr was buying some items and He was approached by security and a lady who had him seem as a thief due to opening a cold s9da and drinking it while shopping and both man and lady had asked him and one of our workers if they intended to pay for those items and he politely said yes mam as soon as he was d9ne shopping which they both proceeded to chase him along this store not a good place for a consumers well being and peace of mind not

Most of the time the food on the shelf are expired. You need to check for the expiration date before you buy anything from this stores. What a shame....😒😒

Just happened less than 30 minutes. I asked for fresh cut menudo. And the gentlemen said they don't have any fresh meat. I go all the time and every time I go they never have any. They do this especially because when the menudo is already frozen it weighs more. So you get less meat and more ice. If u get menudo already fresh you get more meat and all the extra weight of the ice is gone. So we always pay more than what is necessary. Then I asked if they can separate the frozen in two different bags to go to different household. One 7 the other 8. So then he grabbed the frozen menudo from the freezers (located by the chips aisle). He opened the bag and started separating it into two smaller piles without even washing his hands or putting gloves. THATS CROSS CONTAMINATION. I immediately told him I was not going to take it and if he could grab another one and wash his hands before or wear gloves. After I received the menudo. I watched from a distance and I saw he put the one he touched with his bare hands back! I even notified the cashier about the cross contamination but she didnt seem to care. Yall be careful because this can be deadly maybe not to me but someone who is immune compromised! The guy in the meat section was kind of short and chubby and wearing a cap.

Second time this place has given me the wrong meat. How can a butcher confuse beef with pork Understandably they always require a receipt in which most of us Tiss almost immediately. On other fail at Michoacána is if it's on SALE. Make sure you smell it as more than likely it is spoiled!!

This place is such a unique store. Grocery store and meat market and a place to order an amazing quantity of foods and drinks I recommend coming here from time to time to shop. Public restrooms are open

ATM is located in this store and a station called "Barri" is located here as well

I don't get this market. I'm not from Texas and I was very disappointed with this market. Te fruit was in terrible shape. I went to oder food, I order my food but then, I had to go pay a the front register 🙄. The tortillas were the frozen type. Then while I was eating and was shocking with my food. I order a fresh water. The guy told me you would need to go pay it, at the front register first then come back for it. 🙄🙄 it made me so mad because earlier he was helping himself to a cup of agua Fresca. But couldn't be kind and given me the water? He saw that I was shocking. I will never go to this store ever again. Terrible service and their go pay first is dumb.

Very disappointed. Though the store looked clean; there was the odor from the meat market. They do not have a lot of inventory and am surprised how they keep afloat, the store is huge. Produce dept look okay.
I get to the check out, the cashier is talking to this other employee. He didn't put the bags in my cart, he was too busy talking😞
Never going there again.
