Rainbow outdoor living Harlingen has amazing customer service for starters. We didn’t know exactly what we were wanting for our 3 kids, there are a lot of different packages and add ons. Gloria helped us out by explaining dimensions, difference in sizes and what the packages came with. She even offered to stay later than closing time to help with the whole process! (They close at 6, I arrived at 6:20) overall I had a great buying experience and would recommend this place to anyone, since they sell jacuzzi’s as well!

walking in I had no clue what to expect just that I wanted something for my kids to have fun. Well Gloria made it super easy! She even delayed her personal lunch hour and went out of her way to get everything explained to me so well I just sent my husband with info given. He later called me and let me know the delivery time etc..... my kiddos are beyond happy Thank You Gloria!! If u are looking for a Rainbow Playsystem this is the place to go ask for her! there are also other cool items on stock!! 5 star from my family!
