The customer service here is disappointing, and the management is highly unprofessional. It’s unclear if the lady in charge dislikes her job or is ready to retire, but I’ve been dealing with a payment issue of over $400 for more than two weeks now. As someone who works hard to provide for my child, I’m fortunate to have secured permanent employment elsewhere.

Gwendolyn Franklin-Hogan's attitude is unpleasant, rude, and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise others to seek employment elsewhere. I’ve contacted the corporate office and am currently awaiting a response.

I’ve spoken with Gwen and Connie the most up here they are very rude and unhelpful, I haven’t been paid for the last job I did so I called them and spoke to Connie she claims I’ve been paid out but says she can’t send me a paystub, this is illegal and the employees here are scammers, save yourself some stress and choose another agency

The old lady is rude!!! This place needs to close. All the comments is people saying that these women don’t treat people right. Some how every job I take on the app gets taken away from me somebody at that office is taking work from people and giving to others!! Every time I accept a job on the app they I get kicked off and they claim somebody already has the job. Shady business!!

Laqreshia that girly recognizeed from me personally from otp and since then ive met with laquisha and she has done AWESOME service i wouldnt suggest anyone else for any service vut her now. She was so nice and inviting i couldnt even aspire to admire anyone other.

Incompetence Supervisor lack of communication work enthusiastic and intrigue. This individual gives the good assignment to friends and family that they know personally. This is a poorly managed facility. Would recommend knew management.

Some tickets are fake or already claimed by favoritism. Find a good job and stay because they focus on transportation and reliability. Lots of travel with flaggers in Hillsborough county .

I really hope that my phone call to corporate today does any good. The branch manager Gwen is evil. Unprofessional. Shows favoritism. Sends tickets to only people she likes. She is rude for no reason even if a person has done nothing to her. She talks to you like you are a dog. She does undercover shady work with your pay. She hangs up on you and yells at you just for calling the office with a simple question. She has no regard for a person life or their struggles. She is reckless and dangerous and needs to removed from working anywhere in the United States or the world for that matter. She needs to be in a padded room with a white straight jacket tied around her mouth, face, and body because this woman is insane. I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit against this company for allowing such a discriminate, evil, and callous person to work for them. She thinks that her job is untouchable. So maybe a lawsuit can show her any job can be "TOUCHED".

So love Ms. Gwen and Ms.Janice!! If you are respectful with them you will receive the same in return!! People are disrespectful impatient and horrible!! Then when they are treated accordingly, here they go calling corporate and putting negative reviews!! We are adults act as such and you WILL be treated as such and vice versa!! People are not dependable with no work ethic just looking for a free handout then wonder why they don't get work hello
