The mission was well-defined, and Ash and colleagues have driven the process, relying on their skill, to success. The company has its act together. Now, read the following carefully. Know that achieving success in elevating a business’s position for “searches” is not like ordering a sandwich for lunch. It’s not a unilateral activity. It does take client labor to provide Digital Spotlight the artillery it needs to achieve the pre-determined goal. Frankly, it took quite a bit of time/effort for our business to provide the artillery to D.S. But, if one is not willing to do it, you are wasting your time and money.
Our experience with other companies purporting to be “SEO experts” was that they required less output from us and perhaps that was a clue to their inadequacy. That industry seems rife with amateurs who fail to deliver and hence will face failure at some point.

Successful SEO requires unique-to-your-business information, data, text, graphics that are not in the vendor’s library until the customer provides it. Be prepared to get into the boat and help row it. Row hard and you will be duly rewarded with a lift in your SEO and that is what translates to patronage and income. Every business should measure/quantify success of marketing hires by the “return on investment”. Bottom line for us: that number is looking very good to us as Digital Spotlight carries our flag.
