This Publix is the “boujee” Publix of Tampa, but I love it because of that. It’s super clean, employees are always happy and helpful and the store, itself is one of the best looking stores (aesthetically pleasing) that I can think of, in that area. They tend to have some different specialty items as well. Definitely check this one out if you’re in the Westshore area.

Great Publix. Easy to park and get in store. They have all of the departments and the awesome Publix attitude. I do enjoy shopping here. Its my Westshore place to get groceries.

Typical grocery store. Very good subs. Prices are somewhat reasonable. There was a very nice lady working in the bakery and went above and beyond. It was my sister's birthday. She wanted a tart. The lady took the time to make her one because there was no more. She was working by herself, so she still had to wait on customers. Great customer service. A big Thank You for making my sister's day.

Wasn't there for much, just had to get some money orders at the customer service counter. No wait to be helped. Super friendly and accurate service personnel. Explained the charges to me, as they can only do one money order for up to $500. I needed 5 to make my total. Paid an additional $4.95 which I was informed of before the transaction even began. The store looked clean, didn't see much of a line at any of the registers, was greeted upon arrival, and told to have a good day with a friendly smile upon exit. Easy in and out parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.

Fast service, cashier was great. We had some very good conversations. Our groceries were bagged for us, which we are not used to - being from NY and all. Love coming to Publix whenever we come south.

Overall, this is a fairly decent grocery store. However, their Visa gift cards are hacked. I mentioned this to one of the managers and they were very casual about this situation. A few weeks ago, I purchased a gift card from this Publix. As soon as I made one purchase using the gift card with a remainder of $32 left - the next day the money was gone.

I mentioned this to the manager and he said that he couldn’t do anything.
Well here’s an idea: STOP selling hacked gift cards! Especially, to customers who frequent your grocery store!

This is single-handedly one of the worst Publix locations I have ever seen (and this is coming from a former Publix deli employee, so I’m pretty lackadaisical when it comes to mistakes). I was here on a family vacation and my father was in line to order subs…we were ordering for the whole family so we had about 5 different subs to order..my father ordered 2 and then the worker said “NEXT” and my father attempted to say that he still had more to order. The worker ignored him again and said “NEXT”, at this point my father was not trying to argue so he took a step back from the line and tripped over their display case for chips. Having knee level display cases in a fairly busy area of the store overall is not ideal. The workers and management immediately rushed over to start picking the chips off of the floor, showed little to no concern about my father, and did not offer any type of compensation for the entire situation. To make matters worse, when we did finally order the remainder of our subs after waiting for 25+ min, almost nothing was right about our sandwiches. Instead of 5 we got 4. One was supposed to chicken, bacon, ranch (they omitted the ranch), one was supposed to be regular with cheese (they made this one ALSO chicken bacon ranch with no ranch…), and the last one was buffalo chicken with cheese (they cut the tenders and then put a very small drop of buffalo on it instead of making it the normal bagged way) at this point we had been there for over 40 minutes and were just looking forward to leaving. We did not see just HOW bad the orders were messed up…now to add, I very rarely complain about things like this because things happen, but the amount of disorganization and absolute carelessness from their employees was so ridiculously bad all we could do the whole ride back was laugh about just how BAD it was

Incompetent deli staff. Ordered a wrap online to save time. Get there, nothing ready. Whatever figured they’re busy. Go up to counter to let them know I understand they’re busy but my order isn’t on the deli pick up (been 45+ min since order). Immediately told they can’t make my order because they’re out of ingredients and I should’ve known. Excuse me? You have my phone #, email etc. I was never enlightened of this dilemma. Okay, after that hostile encounter I should’ve left. No I’ll give it another shot and get something else. Staff were so incompetent and disrespectful. Wouldn’t even let me get a word out, kept asking and interrupting me as I try to explain I am getting a new sandwich. No need for a ticket that has no relevance now. I will need a new ticket. Very hard concept for THREE brains to comprehend. I’m happy the customer service associate was empathetic, LISTENED and understood what was going on and how to resolve this mess. Avoid the deli at all costs so much for online ordering LMAO
