Don’t bother with the online ordering, they won’t make it until you wait in line for 35 minutes after your pick up time. Placed an order online, supposed to be ready at 8:20. I do some grocery shopping while I’m waiting on my sandwich, and when I roll up to the pick up at 8:25 there’s nothing there. Several people are waiting around the online order area with no luck. I then get in line and proceed to wait 25 min in line and 10 minutes once they started my order because these deli workers are incredibly slow and do not know how to manage their time. If they have a sub in the oven toasting they’re sitting there watching the timer count down while there are 6 people in line. One person was standing around for several minutes while she waited on someone in the back to bring up some chicken salad, when they could have started the next sandwich.

Seems to me in the deli area everyone is doing everything but servicing the customers standing in line for 20+ mins for a sandwich. Honestly it’s not that hard to stop what you’re doing and knocking out the line. DO BETTER!!!

Very busy and staff cannot handle the customer load. Online orders usually take 15 - 30 minutes longer than the estimated time. Ordering at the counter will take over 30 minutes. Not worth it.

Needs a new department manager. Poor inventory management, always missing ingredients. Bad hiring, ridiculously poor staff. Yikes
