We had a terrible experience with Social Media Omaha. I spent a ridiculous amount of time correcting simple grammatical errors and updating content - to the point where I could have done it all myself and still not spent as much time as I did correcting their work.

Social Media Omaha also provided data that was not relevant to my company or my area, and never asked anything in order to provide better data. The owner, Shane, was defensive and never once apologized for the poor quality of their work - instead, he blamed me for making too many corrections. Not great, given that a lot of what I was correcting was either grammatical or blurry photos or irrelevant content. Disappointing at best.
