Brandstory exceeded all expectations. Our nonprofit had been through two firms already and needed someone who could innovate, really bring our brand to life and tell our story and be well versed in all functions of marketing, PR and communications. Their team did everything from graphic design, website rebuild, social media, analytics, video shooting, editing and production, to getting us on and in the news (earned media) numerous times. While we were not their biggest or only client, we were always treated that way. They go above and beyond. The biggest pro in my mind is that everyone on their team is a good human and they work with integrity, have high standards and can have fun along the way.
