When I first met their team at a Dental Expo I was amazed by how confident and clear they sounded, I got back home and immediately signed up with Smc with all the excitement!
On boarding process took about 3 to 4 months after the initial consult they had enough time to evaluate my practices( 4 locations) in terms of new patients and leads.
And came up with a reasonable and achievable goal and promised more in months to come
In the meantime, I had given them hundred percent access to my practice management data, even for them to look at the history to see where we were and how we were performing before Smc so that they can help me Grow.

At that point, I had decent knowledge and education about SEO SEM, google ads and other marketing platforms with an experience of owning multiple dental offices for the past eight years and running them by myself. Once the handover took place, I had to give control of all the platforms which seemed OK at that point because they promised X number of patients within certain budget that both parties agreed.
In months to come, the numbers have not changed whatsoever apart from that in recent study of my website and analytics, I came to know that my rankings have completely gone down no blogs no content was written and posted to support the website and I was kept in the dark through the process And the team showing that it’s normal to have slow growth but again they would blame my team members for missed calls and unhealthy leads.
In in the whole of 14 months of journey, my practices have dropped down significantly in terms of new patient leads and revenue .
Smc is one of the most biggest decision that I regret making and just trusting them.
They treat you as just a
Clinician with no knowledge of Marketing even when you ask right questions, they will brush it off. And make you feel dumb.

I don’t usually write any reviews, but here I felt like I have been scammed in a ridiculous way and looted at the same time!

I sincerely request any future Dentist signing up with this company to think twice and understand how marketing works before you sign up!

Inaccurate facts!

First of all My Nps have been in 240 range with no marketing efforts and you had that info and the goal was to hit 300 Nps with 8k monthly budget!
That’s the understanding and agreement made between us. I was completely transparent in providing you all the data and more than what you needed from my marketing Efforts and history.

Secondly, for the month of June 2024, our NP were only 188 not more not less. Please ask your team Taylor and Mark.
So please don’t provide inaccurate information and mislead me and other people were going to read this.

Finally!!
I had no frustration or disappointment paying any of the invoices I wanted honesty and growth!
I was frustrated because I did not grow an in fact I was going downward due to Smc.
I would not have signed up with Smc if I my problem was paying my invoices.

This kind of comments shows the incompetence of Smc!

I decided to part away from Smc because Smc does not use the marketing budget for the client at all!
So $8000 per month spent in months should’ve at least landed us 50 additional new pts which did not happen in a span of 14 months whatsoever.

In fact, my new patient number have dropped down to 180 which used to be into 240 range before SMC and Spending over 120,000 in a span of 14 months that is my biggest regret signing up with Smc .

Please don’t try to confuse and trick your customers using cost lead my cost per lead before signing up Smc was $20 on an average for all 4 locations. The fact being couple of them have Medicaid patients which does not require any marketing. As the patient are allocated to our Dental office and your team team was counting these patients as your Marketing patients.
