Solid 4/5 for me. Fantastic atmosphere, good food, decent service, and overpriced, but good drinks.

First they had live music when I visited that really fit the vibe well. I loved the space and internal decor.

Food was hit or miss for me personally. I got this pork belly app that was amazing. The catfish and grits was okay - catfish itself amazing, but the grits that surrounded the catfish I’ve made better at home. Also tried the crab and crawfish soup and did not like it.

Took roughly 45 minutes to get our food and service was sparse to check in on us, but the folks were very nice.

I’ll come back - I really want to try out some of their other food!

2 drinks, 1 app, 1 cup of soup, and 1 entree for ~$105. Overpriced app and soup, but the entree was huge and worth it.

We came here around 4pm for dinner with a few friends. When we walked in we’re disappointed that there was very loud music by a live band playing. We thought about going somewhere else, but glad that we stayed. The food was great. This was my second time here and very happy both times with the food. As stated off with the buffalo gumbo 8.9/10, great flavor, a little heavy on the rice. Next we had the churrasco poutine 8.5/10 great flavor as well, lots of toppings. If there is any complains it’s the fries get a little soggy and a tad greasy. We also sampled the fried pickles 6.5/10, good coating and seasoning on the batter. The pickles are a little underwhelming, greasy and lacked the pickle flavor that makes a pickle enjoyable. For entrees we got the shrimp and grits, 8/10. The shrimp were big and well seasoned, very nice size portion of grits which were the stand out of the dish. I believe I didn’t like the sauce on this as much as I did as the fried catfish which is a 9/10. The fish was cooked great, the grits were perfect and the fish was light and buttery. My friend got the chicken wings which I tried, maybe a 7/10, good flavor but nothing special about these. We also had the side of the apple bourbon Brussel spouts, these were a home run 10/10! My friends got the burger, these flatlines and the chicken sandwich. All of them looked really good, I didn’t try them so I am not going to rate them. We had a few side of fries 7/10, crispy however lacked having seasoning on them. For dessert we ended with the banana pudding which is a must try, when you are here, 10/10! All in all, we will be back, just not when they have live music on a Sunday. However if you are into live music, then this could be a great spot, just a little loud for me!

We visited Revival Denver Public House on a Wednesday for happy hour, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a young woman who promptly asked where we would like to sit. She followed us with menus in hand, setting the tone for a friendly and welcoming visit.

The happy hour pricing at Revival is impressively reasonable. I started with an Old Fashioned and a Coors Light, both for under $10—a deal that’s hard to beat in Denver. The drink menu offered a solid selection of well-crafted cocktails and classic beers, making it easy to find something for everyone. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with the soft notes of old-time jazz playing in the background, creating the perfect atmosphere for a midweek unwind.

Our server, Miranda, was a standout. From the moment she approached our table, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help us navigate the menu. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the offerings made us feel right at home. When we weren’t sure what to snack on, she recommended the pretzel crab dip, and it turned out to be a great choice. While it did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, it was worth the wait. The dip had just the right balance of creamy texture and subtle seafood flavor, complemented perfectly by the warm, soft pretzels. It was a delightful start to our meal.

For our main bites, we decided to try something unique from the menu—the “Lunch Lady” sliders. These sliders were a nostalgic surprise, reminding me of late-night kitchen experiments from years past, particularly involving bologna. However, these weren’t your average, slapped-together sandwiches. The sliders were elevated with a touch of elegance, offering a familiar yet refined flavor that left us thoroughly impressed. The combination of comfort and creativity in these sliders was remarkable, and they’re a must-try for anyone visiting Revival.

Beyond the food and drinks, the environment at Revival deserves special recognition. The old-time jazz music playing softly in the background created a relaxing vibe that felt like stepping into a bygone era. It’s clear that Revival has put thought into every detail, from the menu to the ambiance, to create a truly memorable experience.

What stood out most during our visit was the exceptional service. Miranda not only made excellent recommendations but also checked on us throughout the meal, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. She truly enhanced our visit, and her attentiveness added to the overall charm of the place. It’s rare to find servers who genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests, and Miranda went above and beyond.

Revival Denver Public House was the perfect introduction to our time in Denver. From the reasonably priced happy hour drinks to the thoughtful, comforting menu and warm service, this spot is a gem that we’ll remember fondly. Whether you’re a local looking for a cozy happy hour destination or a visitor seeking a welcoming start to your Denver adventure, Revival delivers on all fronts.

Thank you, Revival, for such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Denver!

Came to town for the Benson Boone concert and had the absolute best experience at this restaurant! Had the best waiter, he was so kind and let me leave my vehicle at the concert so it wouldn’t get vandalized.

This place is rad! I’ve been in multiple times now and the food is always delicious. The stuffed pork chop is one of my favorite dishes ever. The burger is one of the best in Denver. But the amazing musicians that they get to play at this small establishment is unbelievable. Shout out to Aiden who was very attentive and pleasant.

We went here on a whim after a night out at Billy Strings'. Bottomless mimosas reeled us in but nothing else disappointed. Even though we didn't have a reservation they got us in. Service was awesome both at the
bar while we waited and at our table. Not overly fussy but attentive even though we were there a long time. Food was really good. The sausage gravy was some of the best I've had. . .and I've had my fair share. Great brunch. Everyone in the place was having a great time. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic gumbo and a late night menu on the first visit led me to bring friends by for the second visit. The bisque is worth it.

Mikey, Cady, and Mica all showed superb hospitality. Will be returning.
