The deli department in this store has the rudest people I have ever met. Especially the manager of the deli. They don’t help, and when you ask for help it’s a problem. I try and skip even dealing with them and place orders online, but guess what that’s a problem too because they “didn’t get it” or “we will get to it “. The deli manager has actually helped people standing in line BEHIND me, like I was invisible. Customer service at most Publix’s has been less than par lately . Shopping isn’t a pleasure anymore. Sad

The workers there always have an attitude and literally move like snails when it comes to servicing people in the deli /food department !, The employees in that department act like the world revolves around them and no regards for the customers t. Needs a new staff that moves faster , It should not take 20 mins to make ONE sub .

everytime I come to this bakery I am so disappointed by the customer service, quality in baking and cleanliness. I genuinely wish they would hire a better department manager to properly train everyone. Only the decorators are pleasant.

Went to buy ready made chicken soup . Got there it says they have chicken soup, I see no chicken soup. I ask and they say if we have it it's there. I went to the soup aisle and put two cans of chicken soup and went home. I have to say today the service was stinky

Publix is a staple of South Florida. Good deals and good sandwiches but this specific Publix Deli might be one of the worst I go to. Unorganized lines to order food, remarkably slow deli workers and I wouldn't even both with online ordering as it's not uncommon to show up only for your food to not even be in the process of being made yet 20 min+ after your designated pick up time.

I WANT to love my local Publix but after years of the same lackluster experiences it gets harder and harder to justify the poor service.

This review is more of a plea to management to take cues from other publix locations on how to improve the customer experience for everyone's benefit. Please try something because it's currently not working.

great if u wanna wait a hour for a pub sub which you already placed a order for online and PAID for, good luck talking to a manager they are almost never around

Was visiting from Michigan and wanted to pick up some vegan cupcakes for daughter's birthday celebration.

No one was at the bakery for at least 5 minutes, and when someone finally came out, I was pointed to the freezer to search for the cupcakes.

Not the usual level of service I'm accustomed to at a Publix.

Whoever is cooking the rotisserie chicken in this place deserves to be the trainer of all Publix rotisserie chicken cooks. Perfectly cooked and juicy.
