It's always a pleasure to shop at my friendly neighborhood, Publix. I truly appreciate that It's one of the smaller stores. There is no need to walk two blocks inside to pick up essential groceries.

After the hurricane, the store closed at 5pm with hungry people in the parking lot. In my opinion, they failed to serve the needs of the community in their time of need. Whoever decided to let able bodied workers leave early, from a store capable of feeding the community, failed at their duties to serve much like the electrical workers that are working long hours to put power back in houses. This is a time for selflessness and compassion for your community, heroic sacrifices of valor in the form of doing your job. Shame on you

I come here almost every morning to shop, I always find items. Buy one get one free but when I go to the register to pay, it’s not buy one get one free because the people or employees who stock up they always put it in the wrong place that’s what they tell meit used to be where shopping is a pleasure that’s no longer their logo so I’ve decided not to come back to this location and go back closer to my house because now it’s the same Customer Service as all the other ones. this was the item that was on the shelf all the way in the bottom where it said buy one get one so I need the light but in small print, it says six pack, but since it’s all the way in the bottom, I don’t have time to go all the way down and read the fine print. I just grabbed when it says buy one get one anyways like I said I’ll stick around near my house there’s more over there with it treats the same as all the others now. By the way management here she’s not so nice and she’s very rude not even an apology and then she’s correcting the employees in front of all the customers that is not professional at all. And they don’t have the customer price promise anymore like I said about the manager she bluntly said no, not this and walked away. Not even I apologize for the inconvenience Nothing as I saw other reviews I will no longer be purchasing anything from that location I will go in and there’s a few employees That I will go say hello to because they’re very kind and very pleasant to speak with by the deli everyone else they have no clue what customer service is.

How can all the stores run out of prime rib.? Other wise I found everything I needed !
There was one grouchy produce guy. He just needed to put out the sweet potatoes or open a dang box for us. He was busy stacking the Idaho's in order . He got short with us and I said just open a box so we can choose ! He did😁

Friendly and good service. Would have been a five star but had three people in front of me and one lady was holding the line up with a million questions.
