The library is beautiful, it has a large space for children with different toys for different ages. They have storytimes for different ages. The staff is friendly. The only drawback is that it is difficult to find parking, it does not have its own parking like other libraries in Denver.

The Ross-Cherry Creek branch library of the Denver Public Library system is a terrific library... my favorite, actually. It's also my favorite place in all of the Cherry Creek neighborhood. The collection is rich and diverse. Items are rotated often. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They are particularly welcoming to children, and the children's section is great. The library offers a nice roster of activities and classes, many taking place in the exceptionally large group room or meeting room in the basement. There is one review here with a complaint about the use of space, but I don't agree. Since the renovation, a few years ago, the spaces all around the building are put to much better use than previously. There are small group rooms or study rooms that seem to be in almost constant use. All of our libraries - whether branch libraries or "main" libraries - deserve our support, but this one earns such support easily. Check it out (as they say).

I started using this library recently and wish I had used it long before. This is an excellent facility. It's quiet, peaceful, has a great selection of media and in cases where it doesn't have something you're looking for the request/hold process works exceptionally well. In my experience the staff has always been very pleasant, friendly, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this library to others. I hope this place stays this way, unlike most other things in Cherry Creek, and never loses its charm. Long live Denver Public Libraries and Ross-Cherry Creek. Thank you very much for providing this excellent facility for the community.

As a mother , I can say this place is a really wonderful space for kids. Seems like they keep a verity of toys , nice toys. My son Loves being there.
I love the occasional artistic corner they have , where kids can create an opened ended art piece from different materials that are available.
I would love to see books in Hebrew there. I am happy to collect books to donate to the library for that purpose .

Being a reader and writer, I've always enjoyed using my local libraries in the cities I've lived in Michigan, Wisconsin, California. Since I've moved here, I was surprised to see a different library culture of allowing children to run around and scream. I've been reading the response to those who have complained about the noise level, and am dismayed to see that the policy is to be welcoming to people of all ages and especially "enthusiastic" children. A solution of earplugs was offered. Perhaps another solution is to have a policy of respect for those who use the library as a place to study or quiet zone to read. Seems like the younger folks get preferential treatment which allows them the license to run around and scream. Aren't there other places they can do that? Thanks for allowing me to provide feedback and express my disappointment that a policy of respect is not a priority. No need to respond about the earplugs. I got it.

I have been going to this library since 2009. Me and my little sister would come here to read, play games, and just get out of the house. I have a lot of great memories here and this library means a lot to me. There has always been great service, kind people, and just a clean environment. To me, this library is more then just a library, its almost like family.
