Publix a long with the State of Florida and the US GOVT does not allow dogs in the store.

There was no sign where I entered but on the main door there was one that you couldn’t see when door was opened.
Then in the corner there was a box sign.

Why I am being specific because I ASKED where the signs were since I didn’t see them.
Plus I was told they were at every door.
Well they aren’t.

I LOVE DOGS BUT THEY DO NOT BELONG IN A GROCERY STORE UNLESS THE DOG IS A SERVICE DOG.

I was treated rather abruptly. Look IT IS THE LAW AND A POLICY OF PUBLIX.

At better managed Publix the managers have small notices that they give the dog owner.

I guess I am more puzzled why I was the villain. Look Covid is still here. I would think owners would be more worried about their pets.

The store here is bedlam.

Great supermarket in the heart of Brickell
Not too big as to get lost in yet carries a good selection of foods. Particularly love the non dairy milk selection available and plants one can find in the produce area! I only wish they would do away with their plastic bags and just offer paper and or get people to bring their own. A big company like that would have an enormous impact on our environment by keeping plastics away.

The customer service I received at the Bakery was awful. The lady who is in charge back there is one of the worst people i’ve had the displeasure of meeting. She was rude, not helpful, and overall bad at her job. Don’t trust them with your cake or dessert needs. Not worth it!!!! The cake I ordered was incorrect…. and they did nothing to help remedy the situation. :/

Very nice place to shop, but some of the workers don’t have the proper training or common sense to leave enough room for customers.

A nice clean and well organized market. Nice product selection and friendly staff. Also great opening hours. They run specials on wine and other items- worthwhile checking out. Much better than the little overpriced stores.

This is not a bad location at all. I think it is more the people in the area. It is well stocked and kept very clean. Staff are always working super hard and willing to help me every time I've been there.

This Publix is modern, well laid out, and clean. It has an extensive variety of foods. Offerings include lots of prepared meals such as sandwiches, shrimp, salads, and fried & rotisserie chicken. Checkout moves well aided by several self-checkout lanes. Prices are high, as expected in downtown Miami, exacerbated by a perplexing lack of private label products.

If you ever encounter any issue at this location and you see this individual coming your way don’t engage in any explanations or talk about your problem. Just ask for store manager or assistant manager and hopefully you will get a gentleman named Jorge. To help you out with resolving you issue.
The individual in the photos is unprofessional and provide poor customer service. Hi is not worthy of any senior position especially in a large corporations like Publix.
I was promised by Mr. Jorge, that after reviewing his cameras he will handle the situation accordingly.
