Out of all the publixs that I visited, this one really took my breath away. It's gorgeous and big. When I lived in West Virginia. I really missed you and your delicious sandwiches. It's always friendly and quick to answer your questions and assist you in any way. I love you. Publix never goes away. And very clean and well maintained.

This is legit the best Publix on the planet. I’ve been until recently. I have been coming to this Publix every day for years I recently moved to Aventura and let me tell you you definitely don’t know how good you have it until you don’t have it. This Publix is by far bar none. Pretty much on every level. Chicken tenders do not get enough praise. From cleanliness to friendliness to everything you could ever want and need fully stocked this Publix is by far the best I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few in my day.

Love this Publix location, is one of the best,if not the best one. This store is always clean and super organized, there are always carts by the entrance, shopping baskets all over the store, in the deli department, bakery, meats, fruits, etc. The staff is always nice and willing to help. Plenty of parking espaces!

Dear Store Manager Frank Roa,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your Publix location (9105 South Dadeland Boulevard, Miami, FL 33156) on February 3 at 9:24 PM.

Upon arriving at the customer service desk, I encountered two employees, Rudy and Heidi, engaged in personal conversation, laughing and giggling, while I stood waiting to be acknowledged. After a noticeable delay, they finally addressed me. When I presented my items, Heidi turned to Rudy and stated that they could not accept them. I pointed to the Publix Guarantee sign behind them, which states otherwise, and politely asked to speak with a manager. Instead of assisting me professionally, they exchanged looks, laughed, and casually said, “Call Gio.”

To my disappointment, when Gio arrived, he immediately dismissed my request, stating that he could not process the return without a receipt and turned me away without further discussion. His unwillingness to assist and lack of professionalism did not align with the high standards of service that Publix is known for.

After briefly leaving the store, I returned and found Rudy and Heidi laughing and making jokes about the situation with a security guard. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Instead of treating customers with respect and courtesy, they mocked my experience, which further added to my frustration.

Publix Guarantee & Return Policy

Publix has established a well-known customer-friendly return policy, the Publix Guarantee, which states: "We will never knowingly disappoint you." According to this policy, if a customer is dissatisfied with a purchase, Publix will cheerfully offer a refund or exchange. Even without a receipt, Publix provides refunds in the form of a Publix gift card.

While Florida law does not require retailers to accept returns without a receipt, Publix’s own policy ensures customer satisfaction by accommodating such returns. Given this, the response I received from your staff was not only incorrect but also dismissive of Publix's commitment to customer service.

I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled and the unprofessional behavior of your staff. Publix has built a reputation for excellent customer service, and this experience did not reflect that standard. I kindly request that this matter be addressed, and I would appreciate a response regarding the corrective steps being taken to ensure better customer service in the future.

I was just at the Dadeland store where I purchased 6 bottles of Mother Kombuchas because they were on sale for buy 2 get 1 free. I went home to enjoy the kombuchas but as soon as opened the first bottle I noticed that the drink tastes almost flat; i.e., it has depleted content of CO2 gas. Thus, not enough CO2 gas in the drink. I still drank 3 bottles because I am too lazy to drive back to Publix, and it costs me money for gas. I just don't enjoy them as much. I meant to say I don't enjoy them at all I am just forcing them down the throat.

Amazing Publix. It has self check out unlike others ( both Coral Gables Publix and the one at Bird Road by Target )
It has the produce right by the entrance then the meats like it should always be .

I stopped by tonight on the Saturday night before Thanksgiving, and they were stacking up boxes of Stovetop Stuffing and cans of Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce to the rafters! Multiple long tables by the front door were covered with delicious-looking boxes of pecan and pumpkin pies by the dozens...many had dollars-off coupons on top! Also by the entrance were coolers with assorted meat, cheese, and fruit trays to Grab-and-Go for that spontaneous office party. My main stop was the DELI, and once again DANIEL did not disappoint, slicing up no-salt shredded turkey breast for my senior cats, and bologna and top round roast beef for me. In the BAKERY, lots of spectacular desserts caught my eye...and they were ALL on sale: a decadent Chocolate torte; a Mocha torte; and my favorite Key Lime Pie with mountains & swirls of whipped cream and toasted almonds along the tops and sides! Thanksgiving this year means DRESSING TO IMPRESS, so showing up with one of these show-stopping cakes, party trays, or pies will endear you to any hostess! Thanksgiving is coming and The Dadeland Publix is ready! YUM!
