Publix is always a great place to go. Aisles are uncluttered and clean. Has always great specials, like buy one and get one free. Those specials are unbeatable. I like the deli section, where they prepare subs, they are delicious and with a lot of choices for you.

Like everywhere...Publix is usually the largest grocery store with great selections, clean and bright stores and helpful staff...but they are also the MOST expensive. This was the closest grocery chain to our hotel, so convenient for picking up a couple of items, just not budget-friendly. Covered parking for rainy day shopping.

This is a great store to shop at because the staff is attentive, cordial, and very professional. The store is immaculately clean always and centrally located, especially for those patrons using public (#37 & #11 buses) transportation. You will find most anything that is necessary to produce an award winning meal or to satisfy a wide variety of ethnic tastes and/or palates. The building and the store itself is an architectural gem, which truly enhances your mood and shopping experience. This particular store is quite enormous, which makes a large crowd seem much smaller. Nothing but kudos for this particular store. Online shopping, in-store pick up, curbside pick up, etc. are favorable attributes. The only thing that may be a liability is the parking. Tell them Jay says this store is highly recommended!

I had a large order for a retirement party at work. I called the day before and confirmed my order to be picked up at 7am, Time was of the essence. They were waiting for me, had everything ready to go and the store manager on duty helped me out even though it was drizzling and her beautiful hair was getting wet. She was amazing!!! They all were great from bakery to deli to cashier. Customer service was happening at 0700! AND the food was delicious!

I’ve been a loyal Publix customer for years and am also a proud stockholder, which is why I feel compelled to address an experience I recently had at your store. During my visit to purchase groceries, I witnessed an unacceptable display of unprofessionalism from a Customer Service employee named Dunia.

A cashier requested assistance with an overwrite, and Dunia’s response was shockingly mean-spirited and disrespectful. Rather than offering guidance or support, her tone and demeanor were condescending and dismissive. This behavior not only embarrassed the cashier in front of customers but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present.

As someone who frequents Publix and believes in the values of this company, I find it disappointing to see a supervisor failing to lead by example. Employees at all levels should be treated with dignity and respect, especially by those in leadership positions.

I kindly urge upper management to address this matter promptly. Dunia’s behavior is not reflective of the Publix culture of excellence and customer service, and it undermines the positive environment that so many of your employees work hard to create. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.
