Its been Twice that i have ordered a sub online for pickup and both times i got there they told me they didnt receive the order but yet they charged me that doesnt make any sense and ive had to wait for them to make it when im rushing like what is the point to order it online if they’re not gonna have it when i get there. They need to figure out whats going on with the orders that they are not receiving, but are somehow charging.

Very large and well organized aisles.
Always found everything I needed here during my stay in Miami. Coming from California, I find the Publix chains and their employees more customer friendly than Safeway.
Good deli section, morning coffee and breakfast counter.

The worst.
Shelf with 1 or 2 items moved to the front so no one finds out.
Liters of soda all the way on the top shelf .
There is never soups or freshly cooked items.
No Service. No management on site.
Hot meal section closes 2 hour earlier than advertised.

This morning I stood at the deli and waited to be served for at least 10 minutes, an employee saw me waiting and let her coworker know. Instead of assisting me, she walked away and after waiting another 5 minutes, she went to make a sandwich for someone who arrived after me, I ended up leaving. I end up wasting half of my break just waiting to not be served.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always something. I needed to cash a check called in advance to make sure they could, they agreed and then when I arrived they told me they weren’t able to.

It’s a decent sized location but the variety is not there, it’s catered towards the neighborhood and if you are not Cuban they simply don’t care about the service they give you.
