Visiting a Publix is like a trip to the land of plenty for me. I live on a Caribbean island where the variety of grocery items is very limited. The store was very clean, staff helpful and seasonal displays are fun (see halloween display photo). I am a baker and trust the Publix brand and will choose where available. We walk every isle and marvel at the well displayed diverse options. I always pick up a few of the blank grocery lists and recipe leaflets that appeal to me. Thanks Publix!

I recently visited Publix, and I have to say, it's hands down one of the best grocery store experiences I've had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were always ready to help. The store is clean, well-organized, and has such a wide variety of high-quality products. I love the selection of fresh produce, bakery items, and deli meats — everything is always fresh and flavorful. Their in-house brand products are excellent quality and reasonably priced. Plus, the customer service is top-notch; the employees go out of their way to make shopping a pleasant experience. Publix always makes me feel like a valued customer, and I’ll definitely continue shopping here. Highly recommend!

The Publix itself is very nice. It is clean, and there is plenty of parking. The problem was inside, specifically the workers. I ordered a sandwich from the deli ahead of time and went to pick it up. When I got there. The sandwich was not in the holder. I waited a few minutes and passed the expected time. I asked the worker about the sandwich and he pulls it out from under the counter. I asked why it was not kept in the warmer, and he said well, someone else may take your sandwich. Okay, but now my sandwich that was supposed to be toasted is cold! He shrugged his shoulders and said have a nice day. I walked away and when I went to pay the cashier completely ignored me. I told her I had my own bag and she packaged everything in plastic. So I put my bag away and then she noticed I had a bag, so she took all my things out of the plastic bag and gave them to me in my hand. This was the strangest, worst customer experience I've ever had at a Publix.

This Publix store has declined a lot in the last 6 months. Any time I go there they don’t have many products and products that are used daily by the population such as: meet, eggs, and milk. I usually don’t write reviews , but I am really concerned how a such a prestigious and serious company that has been known for for its product’s quality and excellent service has lost seriousness and lack of interested in its customers. So, sad.

I ordered a honey maple sandwich and they gave it to me completely wrong. Very disappointed, I had never had a bad experience until now. I you should go to a different Publix, but since I was around the area, I decided to try this one I expected the service and the food to be just as good as any other Publix, but unfortunately it was not

I lost my phone at this store. I called customer service to ask if they had found it.
Later, an employee texted me to let me know they have found it.
Thank you to that lady who wait for me 15 minutes after hours to give me my phone back.👏👏👏
