Although Publix offers quality products, their prices are quite high, and yet many of us continue shopping there without complaints. However, I find it unacceptable that they have their staff asking customers for donations directly. For instance, today they were asking for donations for people with disabilities, but I believe it’s disrespectful to do so in such an invasive way, asking at the checkout in front of everyone if you want to donate or not.

Donations should be voluntary, not something requested publicly, putting pressure on the customer. Moreover, for those who don’t know, Publix uses these donation campaigns to reduce their taxes, and then they recover that money through our contributions. This leaves a bad impression and makes me question the transparency of these practices.

I walked into this Publix location for the 1st time today and my first thought was how impeccable it looked. The floors were spotless and shiny. Everything was perfectly well put together. The lighting was great, it was well organized and the the signs were in the right place. I bought some Cuban pastries, they were really good. I just noticed that the lady that helped me did not change the gloves before picking my food items but it was too late when I noticed to ask her to change them. The staff was super friendly. I was greeted with a smile by several employees and the ladies at the bakery were super nice and friendly.

Very helpful amd kind helped us out to find some promotional BOGO that we couldn't find . Butcher helped us a lot shout out to managers cashier butcher all. 1000 times thank you. The store was more clean than the one in front of FIU. So shout out to who clean the store too

Thst store is really bad,the service is terrible. Every time I go to get the Rotisserie chicken I get the same answer. Is in the oven is going to be ready in a hour and 30 minutes.
Today I went at 3 PM got the same answer. Then I went for the Minute brown rice,they didn't have it ,I saw an employee putting things on display, I did ask him and he said haven't brought it everything is late because Milton. Do you think that's a response. Yeah right! Publix where shopping is a pleasure,not in that store. I been going to that store since my daugther was a baby and she Is 42 now. I left when to Fresco and guest what! I found everything.

Can I give minus one star?
No.
Then I going to give one star. Why? Too many items out of stock.
Also but more important, never can get fresh bread, bakery staff let the bread become ice cold before place in stands. Good memories so far that times when you.could get that marvellous bread still warm!!
