I stopped by for a grab and go dinner at the deli. What is wrong with these workers! They see you and ignore you. I took me about 20 minutes to get a simple order of chicken and 2 side dishes.

By Visit this location often for groceries. Went to get me a sub. The lady was rude. When I ordered the new sub they had on the wall picture. She got upset about it. She said “why do you want the one, it’s not even good”. I was like oh ok. I want it anyway and she said “now I have to cut more meat” I was like forget it. Thank you! Bye

The absolute worst Customer Service in any Publix I've been to. It's a fairly new store for these people to be so miserable. I stood in the Western Union line while there were workers at the counter but none were able to help. The woman whose job it was finally arrived only to tell me to "hold on" as she went to help someone else, as if the three other people standing there couldn't help the other person. She finally got to me only to have an awful, as if she was the one waiting. This isn't the first time I've had a poor experience with customer service at this specific store, just awful.

I just left Publix and had trouble finding food coloring. I later learned that the store had recently changed its placement. Before realizing that, I saw an employee named Angel, who helped me find it. After she successfully located it, she wished me a happy holiday, and I asked her if she was off work. She said yes. This is what makes Publix such a pleasure to shop at. For her to be off work and still assist a customer is such a blessing. It's wonderful to have kind employees, and Angel deserves recognition for her exceptional service.

Used to go to the old location as a child and it is so great to see this new store open in the neighborhood! The store itself is INCREDIBLE! The best Publix I’ve ever been to (aside from a Greenwise Publix). They have a really cool second floor balcony to chill and eat your food. The store was super clean, well stocked and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend checking this Publix out! 😊👍

Truly the worst customer service, and deli service provided. Attitudes are through the roof especially when asking for something of your preference. Sub stations lines are at least a hr wait with no reassurance.

I'm writing to express disappointment with the service at this Publix location. Recently, a group of middle school kids were made to pay for their subs before ordering. This policy appears to target younger customers, and it's concerning that the store would treat kids differently. I’ve also noticed that you guys make students leave their BOOKBAGS in the front of the store as well.

This is DISCRIMINATION & UNFAIR. & I HOPE THE PARENTS SUE YOU GUYS !!!!!!!

As a loyal customer, I expect better from Publix, especially considering their reputation for excellent customer service. The staff's actions fell short of the standard I've come to expect from this store.

The deli never have bread to make your sub, 9/10 they won’t have the bread of choice it needs to be shut down. I have to drive 15 mins to another one on my lunch break for a sub when that one 2 mins from my job. Ridiculous, inconvenient & inconsiderate!
