I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received on December 24th. I went to purchase propane, only to be told they were out of stock. However, I noticed all the tanks had blue caps, which typically indicate they are full. It felt as though they simply didn’t want to sell propane that day, which was incredibly frustrating, especially during the holidays when reliable service matters most. I trusted this location to provide what they advertise, but I was let down. Very dissatisfied and will think twice before coming back.

I really like this Publix, because it is always clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, it isn’t the first time I’ve come across an uncomfortable situation here with one of the workers. I’m no one to judge but I can tell this man has some sort of disability, however it doesn’t justify his obsessive behavior towards me. I am not familiar, nor do I have any type of acquaintance or relationship with this man, but he always follows me around when he sees me even when I am clearly uncomfortable by his behavior. Like I said I don’t know this person, nor his name, but he always follows me around and tries to engage in conversation with me. To the point where I’ve had to change the place where I shop.
I think it would be better if managers were more aware of this behavior in their workers and care more for their clients.

This publix has decreased significantly in customer care and in their services altogether. (Specifically the sub section and bakery) It never fails to upset me having to come. It’s only convenience it’s the proximity to home.
