No problems finding what I needed and paying for it at register. Easy access from public transportation route 97 and #52 38 park in front of publix supermarket and store has gym nearby and dollartree and local clinic associated with health sun called colonial medical of cutlerbay. Also discount store in plaza. Handicap parking outside. Buy one get one free product and specials.

Horrible customer service. The people behind customer service have attitudes. It used to be a great store. There was a short guy that was a manager that was very feminine, but he was the best manager at that store. He made sure things got done right. But of course I haven't seen him there for a few years already. I'll never order fried Chicken in the back either because they have attitudes they don't want to fry up special orders. I guess they are not being trained by the same people that used to train them back in the day. I go there and pay more for customer service, but now I'll just go to Fresco Y Mas. I can get the same things for a lot cheaper. I don't mind paying extra if I'm going to get great customer service. But these people need to hire new and educated people that are willing to help. I guess they are getting tired and old I don't even acknowledge the clients anymore. Notice how they don't even look at the reviews. Most reputable places look at the reviews and answer back.

Publix at Plantation Promenade is always a pleasure to shop at. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean and well-organized store that makes finding what you need a breeze. The aisles are wide, well-stocked, and everything is clearly labeled, which really enhances the shopping experience.

Last night around 9:30 pm went here for ham and cheese for breakfast, they’re closing but Suzanne was so kind, she didn’t hesitate helping me,and Nelson and Ebblis very nice staff, excellent costumers service.

Went there this morning to return probably about six items, and right when I walked up to the customer service the lady who was doing the lottery right off the bat was very rude to me. So she proceeded to call another associate to help me with my return, which then that associate called the manager. So one main manager and I think another Junior manager came and the junior manager was very rude telling me how when I came the other day she couldn't help me and so today she said that she couldn't help me as well. So the senior manager authorized her to help me and so I was able to do my return. I have never been so disgusted with how these two people at this Publix treated me rudely obnoxious disrespectful

Racial Profiling and Discrimination at This Location

I experience racial profiling and discrimination every time I visit this Publix—even from some of the Black employees. First off, don’t question me about my money or debit card just because I’m Black and have it while you don’t. I make more money than you because I work harder and have a career. I didn’t force you to apply at Publix—you made that choice.

If I want to use my pay card from my job and withdraw the money I worked for, that’s my right. The customer service at this store is terrible at every corner—slow service and never enough open checkout lanes.

Today, I was next in line at the cashier, and she refused to assist me. Instead, she made me pick up my items and move to another line, simply because she knew I had money and would be getting cash back.

I will be filing complaints with the BBB, the Attorney General, and Publix’s Lakeland corporate office. If you have experienced similar discrimination, I encourage you to report it to the following agencies:

Discrimination has no place in any business, and I hope Publix takes action to address these issues.

A moor has money you assume he did something wrong but you don't question other races the woman with the low hair cut and the other African American woman with the curly wig and covid mask on that been working there are 2 of the the gm does talk to or take customer complaints and the manager who is always in front but her picture isn't in customer service
