I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at the Publix market, and I couldn't be happier with my visit. One of the first things I noticed was the easy parking, which made accessing the store a breeze. Upon entering, I was greeted by a clean and well-organized environment, creating a pleasant atmosphere to shop in.

The stock of products was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh produce, groceries, and household items readily available. I appreciated that the store wasn’t overly crowded, which allowed me to browse leisurely without feeling rushed. The checkout lines moved quickly, making my shopping trip efficient and hassle-free.

One of the highlights of this Publix is its excellent bakery. The selection of fresh breads, pastries, and desserts is truly tempting, and I couldn’t resist picking up a few goodies to take home. Additionally, the store features a lovely cafeteria area with tables and chairs, providing the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy a snack.

Overall, my experience at Publix was fantastic. With great products, excellent service, and a clean, organized environment, I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of groceries or a quick bite!

There is this young Gentleman named OLIVER! He is awesome. He helped me soooo much by finding a grocery bag full of stuff i had forgotten there. He made sure I got it back! Went above and beyond his collection of Karts to help me with my issue. He is a role model to what Publix family stands for. Thank you OLIVER!

Very organized, good quality products and fast check out. Some Publix stores dont have self checkout and are kind of messy in their organization but I'm very pleased with this store.

I’ve been a regular shopper at my neighborhood Publix for years, but the experience has consistently gone downhill due to the terrible customer service, especially in the produce department with two specific employees. Every time I shop in produce, I encounter these two employees, Nancy and Darlene, who are beyond rude. They speak with aggression and a clear attitude of animosity that makes it very uncomfortable to ask for help. To make matters worse, they’re often talking under their breath in Spanish, making me feel like they’re speaking about me. It’s completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

The problem doesn't stop there. I’ve had similar rude experiences in the deli department, and even the store manager is no help. She never takes the time to properly clarify a situation and often huffs and puffs like listening to customer concerns is beneath her. It’s clear the staff in this store doesn’t care about providing a welcoming or respectful environment, which is incredibly disappointing. Publix is known for its customer service, but this location seems to have forgotten that entirely. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ambiguous hours. On weekdays they close 15 minutes prior to actual closing time (10pm) Security closed the door in my face at 9:47 pm.

For what I pay to shop here (lots of other places are less expensive) I shouldn't have to bag my groceries. Lines are always long. We all pay a premium at Publix...I am not using self check-out!!!
