I have went to this Publix for years. It is one of the more busier locations. I would definitely not come here on the weekends or from around 4 to 8 at night. During those times, it’s impossible to find parking. Long lines at the register, and hardly any room to move your cart around. However, they do have a wide selection with fresh produce, and a great seafood selection. Definitely like shopping here just watch what time I go during the day.

I moved here three years ago and this place gets 5 stars for their staff. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. I feel like the corporation could easily lower their prices and still pay their shareholders a god awful amount and afford to give their hard working staff a deserved raise. This Publix is the best because of the staff. Genuine smiles and amazing service!

I went to this location to send western union and my cashier was Amaya . She was not a pleasant person. When I went up to the customer service desk she didn’t say good morning. She just ask me what am I doing . I was not greeted with a smile which I know Publix trained their employees to be customer service friendly. She didn’t even asked me to please review the information. She just gave me the paper n said make sure the information is correct.She keep asking me to repeat my self because she was not listening to what I was saying to her. When it was time to sign , she signed her part then just gave me a pen . I am thinking that if I was a first time sender , would she treat the customer the same way . I know know for certain that Publix is very BIG on customer service. I am also in the a job which is big on delivering excellent and exceptional customer service to all our customers. My experience this morning tells me that Amaya needs to get a refresh in Customer Service . I hope she provide better customer service to her customers in the future .

Hello! This is my local Publix let me say first that there is a manager by the name of “Donna” I think. (She is a short Asian woman). She is an absolute sweetheart & great leader, all employees should follow her lead. (Sorry if I got her name wrong).
Also, Is the weight scale ever coming back!!!? IS THIS EVEN PUBLIX ANYMORE!? That is all. Thank you for your time & excellent customer service.

I did an Instacart order waited for 15 minutes for them to bring it out. The store called me and asked me for my ID date of birth for a wine that they canceled. Then they called me back and asked me for the expiration date. After another 15 minutes I called the store only for them to come outside with two people to tell me they can't find the order. That they knew 40 minutes ago they could not find. Now I have to wait 7 business days for them to refund the money I used to feed my three kids by myself with.

I went in today to pick up my medications and the customer service was horrible I was asking my tech question and it seemed like with every question asked she was annoyed her name was Lena and the other one I didn’t grab her name but she kept questioning me if it was my medication that I was picking up like if I was trying to pick someone else is up , I’ve been going to this Publix for a while now but it seems like it’s getting worse at the pharmacy. So me and my family will just go somewhere where we’re not treated like crap

Publix is always good. The only complaint I have is with the deli. On three occasions I got fried chicken or wings and they tasted as if they were cooked in old oil. I've never had that experience at another Publix.
