I have to give the most glowing review to the bakery. I had a preordered item and something was incorrect. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix and make sure I received very quickly for my event. The manager was so kind, understanding and helpful. I’m so appreciative!

So idk if it's hard to understand what is written multiple times on all but one sub to put the sub dressing on the side. Or people just are lazy and don't look at the ticket before they make the sub idk...

But it's very frustrating when I come into your store and spend over a hundred dollars, 70$ or so on subs for the next days lunch to have soggy bread. Hence me typing that in the comments 5 times. So now when my family eats lunch at a racetrack in the middle of nowhere everyone gets to eat something that's been siting in oil and vinegar for 12 hours.

Everytime I come into this publix it's a bad experience. Over it. I'll drive further to avoid this store. Food is just to expensive to not get what I clearly ordered.

This parking lot stays packed you always have your rude and inconsiderate drivers that refused to stop for pedestrians crossing the street. But that's pretty much anywhere you go anymore. But I go there every other day to buy a big bags of ice because I live in a camper. But other than that the employees are very polite and respectful and helpful to all shoppers

I was grabbing subs for tomorrow and I hot 5 subs told them to put the oils and condiments in a packet or on the side they told me they would give me new ones and that they couldn't take the old ones back and they would give it to me for free and I said no because I didn't want to waste $80 dollars worth of food

Always have products for their customers, but also run out of inventory, specially in the meat department. Shopped quickly as I found it better organized 😃

This place is always crowded on weekends (as you’d expect), but it’s well-staffed and it never takes long to check out. If you run into an issue at the self-checkout, there’s someone there to help. The deli line always crawls though. That’s my only real complaint about this Publix.

It seems that Publix is quickly replacing many name brands with Publix branded items, many of which are lower quality but, to be fair, also lower priced. Additionally, some of the bakery items we used to enjoy i.e. apple fritters are no longer being offered. When I inquired within as to why, I got no real explanation. Deland definitely needs better choices for premium and upscale grocery choices. It's evident that Publix knows they are the only real game in town.
