I want to give a huge shoutout to Maxine at the Publix deli for her outstanding customer service! Due to a last-minute change in plans, I needed a small sandwich platter for my daughter, and Maxine went out of her way to make it happen. Even with short notice, she was kind, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciate her effort and willingness to help. Probably, easily, one of the best Publix in central Florida. All of the staff here have excellent knowledge of their products and the employees at the counters are always so polite. It took me shopping elsewhere for me to realize how much of a gem this grocery store really is. I live in Dr. Phillips but would rather come here so that speaks A LOT.

I finally felt the need to write a review. I’ve been going to Publix for 40 years. I love the consistency of Publix. This Publix is different. They can’t cook chicken, don’t carry the same products as every other Publix, and the deli is disgusting. You can taste the fact they never change the oil. It’s gross.

We live down the street so we come here frequently, the staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The cashiers are great and very fast, thank you for always providing great customer service and thank you to the baggers for doing an amazing job! Keep up the great work!

Exceptional quality and great service! They had the best snack trays already put together with Brie, crackers, dried cranberries, almond slivers, and honey- just perfect to grab quick then on to visit family!

My buddy said these guys used to have an awesome salad bar so we sped over during a lunch break but were disappointed to find that the salad bar did not survive Covid 🙁 Otherwise, awesome deli and lots of meatless pre-packed salads. Scored a super cute notebook/field book in the stationery aisle!

Never been to a publix that was not five stars. Place is always neat and clean. Always well stocked and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Staff will fall over them selfs to help you any way they can. Parking lot is free of carts and has plenty of space. The produce is always fresh and the meat is some of the best in town. All of this plus a PUB shop. Now i agree you pay for all this at the cash out but its like anything else you get what you pay for.
