0 stars if I could, they don't care about the real rider experience just the publicity. We do not want a Queens bus redesign. Will Rider's Alliance advocate for us? Absolutely not!

This group is very suspect. 85 percent of what they raise goes to “Personnel” so it goes back into their own pockets. The majority of what’s been raised is from a grant/s but by where or whom is unclear. And from a recent Guidestar report a lot was spent on their “gala”. They say they are for “ New Yorkers” but don’t seem to have any current presence outside of the NYC despite Rockland county having difficulty with access to public transportation into the city. And they say they are for the “disadvantaged” but the price congestion would hurt a lot of businesses and working class people. Plus recently they seem to be focusing on criticizing Hochul and not on the mismanagement of the MTA.

This is the group that is trying to make a lawsuit in order to PASS the congestion till in NY. They claim to be for the people, but in reality they are a feeder for MTA high level positions and are trying to profit their own pockets as much as possible. Sick people.

Not a fan of the recent law suit; I don’t know why Id have to pay 15 dollars to drive into a city that does nothing but steal my money already

The subway is full of Rats homeless people trash and smells. A round trip is almost $6.00 for a train or bus that is constantly running late or full of delays has the mta appointment the board members of this nonprofit? And do the board members even use the train or bus this is not a strike at the workers this is the R/A board failure step up your game although many New Yorkers may not know about you they are depending on you the wealthy and non wealthy

This group seems super shady. Who put them in charge of advocating for riders? They won’t even campaign to get rid of the extremely regressive transit fare tax.
