I have been living at Gables Republic Square for 3 years and absolutely love it here. The beautiful amenities, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are unmatched by any other property downtown. One of my favorite features of this property is the attentiveness of the 24hrs concierge and management team. Ryan Hanson, Collin and Lodisha make it such a pleasure to call this place home!

We have been here for over a year and have loved living in this building. They are attentive to the building and have monthly events to foster some building community. But far and above, the people have been the best part of living here. Ryan, Lodihsa and Collin of the concierge team are incredibly helpful and are the reason this place has felt like home. Absolutely Loved living at Gables, amazing staff from Leasing all the way to maintenance & reception. Every single worker there made a point of growing a relation with each of the residents making the community within the building come to life, If I ever move back to Texas, there is no question where I'd go!

We have loved living at Gables Republic Square! I really enjoyed the design upgrades in the apartment like the built-in Bluetooth speakers and the cute checkered tile in the bathroom, but the concierge team is really what makes the building special! It's always a treat to see Ryan, Lodisha & Collin at the front desk as I go throughout my day and they are SO helpful anything comes up!

I had the opportunity to tour here today with Kelly. The property is amazing offering amazing views of Austin with beautiful finishes and amenities. They have a hot tub pool and a swimming pool. 5 star building for sure, definitely recommend this building if you’re looking to live in downtown Austin.

From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information about the amenities, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The property itself is stunning, with great features and a prime location, but Macaila’s professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made all the difference. I just moved to the Gables Republic Square. Kelly really went the extra mile to ensure I found the right apartment under a very tight turnaround. So far, everyone has been extremely kind and the amenities are beautiful. I love my apartment as if does not feel cookie cutter but a thoughtful and well designed space. I am loving walking everywhere as it is a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and convenient stores and just a short walk to Lady Bird Lake. I recommend the Gables Republic Square if you are looking to move downtown!
