I’ve been getting my groceries here for a couple weeks and it was pleasant up until my experience with their bakery department. I have been looking for their tiramisu cake that I enjoyed the one time i was able to get it, but was told “no, not today” 2 days in a row. The third day I call early, ask to hold tiramisu cake slices for me since it sells out or whatever is going on, and was told by an employee, “we’re too busy to make tiramisu, try calling next week.” Then I spoke to the bakery manager, and she told me the exact same thing and that I can’t even order a tiramisu cake til next week maybe! Finally, I spoke to a manager running the store named Mark, and once again, he said that the bakery dept. is “too busy to make tiramisu cake, and to try next week.” Small or big store, I’m absolutely baffled this is how they decide to run a business…completely ridiculous. If store management tells you they’ll make a product they advertise on their own time, shop elsewhere.

I never implied anything you made was frozen or expected it to be made right at the moment I asked. The point is, you guys were not making it at all and made me think oh, i can just try again tomorrow, that is until I called and discovered how this is being handled. Also I was never told a baker would come in on their day off to make it for me, and was never offered to be “made a cake on Monday.” Maybe this is what you were gona say before I said i’m all set. This is a lie through and through.

OK I never post reviews but I have to "shout out" Pat's for the delicious stuffed mushrooms I bought from them.
I love stuffed mushrooms ..I have tried other store made but have never really cared for them. I saw theirs and immediately was impressed but after baking them at home WOW 👌.
Great job..I'll be back !!

Pat's is a well stocked, full service, family run grocery store. The meat is high quality, as are the produce and baked goods. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the store is very clean.

I’ve bought items from here multiple times, both cooked food and bakery items. Twice, items have been completely mislabeled and/or the wrong item entirely. This is a future lawsuit for those with allergies waiting to happen.

My favorite grocery store around ! They have the best of everything- best grade of meats, produce , their bakery and prepared foods are all delicious. If your having a party and need catering this is the place to use , you won’t be disappointed. You can even get in and out quickly because they always have enough staff to assist you . I don’t even live in Wolcott anymore and I still go here as much as I can .
