Went on a Tuesday, it was calm and quick. The person who attended me asked what I needed my item for, to help me better. She really did. Informed. Explained and attended with professionalism.

Here are all the angles to the location.
*The entrance is really on Burnett street. The main cross street is Weatherford. *FYI. The entrance on Taylor street looks like it's being remodeled or something so if you don't want to walk all around the building don't park on Taylor St.

Didn’t know I was going to have to pay for parking - $3‼️ I mean, not exorbitant, just a surprise. Leaving this review to let y’all know‼️

The only friendly and professional person was the one operating the parking lot. Otherwise bad experience. First off, I walk inside, there is no big crowd and no noise, but as soon as I step forward, the police officer sitting at desk SHOUTS LOUDLY "Third floor!" at the person walking in front of me and then he shouts the same words at me. Next, he rudely STOPS me, and asks "vital records?" to which I respond yes, only to have him shout IN MY FACE "Third floor, keep moving!!!". And what on Earth is the excuse for this? But next, the staff at the records desk were totally unpleasant and even seemed upset that I completed the paperwork correctly? This conduct is exactly why I avoid this city, there is nobody pleasant in all of Ft Worth.

The vital stats and passport office are the best public service offices in the USA. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful making the experience delightful. Every other government office should use this office as the benchmark to run a public office.

I went to get the birth certificates of my babies and they were super fast and kind

I got there and filled a blue form for birth and was called in few minutes. Submitted the form, an ID and a copy of birth application form from the hospital and was given the birth certificate. It just took me 10 mins. The staff are very helpful and fast.

Went to get a copy of my birth certificate. I expected to wait in a long line, be there for several hours and wait for weeks for my birth certificate to arrive in the mail. I could not have been more wrong. Parking was a breeze, the security guard was courteous and told me exactly where to go. The personal in the vital statistics office were friendly and courteous. The entire visit took about fifteen minutes, and I walked out with a copy of my birth certificate. Needless to say, I was more than pleasantly surprised!

So fast, super clean, helpful staff. Parking was easy enough, just be prepared to pay for parking. Also if you park on Taylor street be prepared to walk around to the other side of the building, just FYI, no pedestrian entrance on that side. We went at noon on a Friday and were in And out in 30mins for a birth certificate
