Also runs "Bob the Builder" as an UNLICENSED Contractor in the fields of roofing, painting, flooring, drywall, fencing, plumbing, framing, sheds, Patios & room additions, property maintenance & clean ups. He also charges elderly people for estimates, charged a very nice lady $45.00 for a plumbing rooter job estimate and quoted her $200 for the duties of lifting a grate and removing hair. After he took this ladies $45.00 for an estimate he informed her the total would be $155.00 to complete what a licensed plumber would have done for $115.00. Hes a RIP OFF! STEER CLEAR!

12/26/19; Dear "Sir" the drain is working fine, no material was needed, no repair was needed. It was simply clogged with hair and a very simple 'rooter' job as compared to what you told this lady, it needed "parts replaced". Again you are a rip off!

3/20/22 still a "Handyman" no specific qualifications or licences to perform any specifically designated function of construction and or refurbishment of a residential building.

lack of professionalism and promises. wasted my time telling me he will send me samples and information. never texted or emailed the three times I called asking for info. made a schedule to meet saturday but doesnt pick up and calls back 3 hours late, address on googlemaps is incorrect, and doesnt even remember me after I called so many times...and the nail in the coffin is he doesnt even apologize for his shortcomings. his response is "Ithought I texted you". i check texts and confirm no text. no response from him. so I say I dont know if I want to do business with someone who doesnt text or email as promised, then he hung up on me. I dont know, but sounds like he does t want business.

I own Fries Galore, and had Rob the owner and his crew do my drive thru menu board and street sign for our very first storefront. Not professional at all. Doesn't answer calls after installation. Might have knowledge of signs but not electrical. Doesn't know code for electrical installations. I wouldn't want the liability to hire him. Improper electrical installations could cause ? and someone could die. I would need t use him.

They did a great job with all our trucks for our trucking company . iI highly recommend sign masters for your business..Rob did a super nice design and installed the graphics all in 1 day

Beautiful design, but that's about as good as it gets. After he told me it would take one week to get the signs, I had to wait over a month. And then when I show up to pick up the signs it's not even the material I asked for. He tried to justified it by saying he got me two more than I ask for And that it was better material, which after some research is total bull. Robert Burger is Not very professional at all. When I showed my displeasure he walked away and got in his car and wanted to leave. His partner on the other hand was trying to figure out a way to make this right, unfortunately I did not get his name.

Chalk this one up to experience, but save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere...
