I made 3 purchases here during their sale with JLG from Feb. 14th to Feb. 28th. The sale included free shipping. I dealt with Andrew Shortridge throughout the whole purchasing process as he guided me through their online website. He assured me that the shipping would still be present at checkout but would be taken off during the billing process. He also told me that if I had any issues with the bill that I could contact him, and he would take care of it for me. After I received all 3 orders I noticed on my bank statement that I was billed for more than what I purchased. After attempting to get ahold of Andrew over the course of a week and a half I gave up and tried a different extension upon which I spoke with a woman who said she would investigate the matter for me. Later in the day I received a call from a different lady who explained to me that I hadn’t entered the proper code to receive free shipping and that the money that was added on was for shipping costs. I explicitly asked Andrew on the phone if there was anything special that needed to be taken care of during checkout to which he responded that I didn’t. It’s amazing how you can speak with anyone you need to during the purchasing process and they promise you a quick response if there are any issues after the sale yet all that disappears like smoke after they are paid. To make matters worse one of the models I purchased was so frail that it broke upon trying to extend the boom the first time out of the package.
