The only person giving Small Girls PR 5-stars is the CEO's mom (Cindy below), which is pretty wild given that this firm is supposed to be an expert in public relations.

I engaged them for PR services for a startup and it felt like a bait-and-switch.

I was upfront with them about my brand's edgy nature from day one. They market themselves as bold and disruptive, until I signed a contract, then suddenly it changed and they became afraid the very stuff they were into before contract signing.

During the campaign, their attention to detail was lacking. I asked them to contact specific publications, but they forgot to even include them in the list. Also, I was also constantly sending them relevant articles, instead of the other way around.

The results were dismal. Instead of being upfront about the campaign's performance, they spun it as a 'great outcome.' If you want transparency, honesty, and real results, launch your company with another PR firm.
